Very Good Company

Oak logs
Order came quick and came covered. Pallet was tightly packed with logs of various sizes. The oak logs are low in moisture and are ablaze quickly. Used the pallet for kindling. Would definitely buy again from here.

Easy to order and good quality
Easy to order and arrived as planned. I particularly like the consistency of sizes of the logs. There’s nothing worse for me than having a few enormous logs that don’t fit into my medium sized burner. That’s never happened with the logs I’ve bought from this company.

I know you use couriers but the driver that brought the logs was fantastic. Went over and above his job to help me. Also the guys in your office put me right on which logs would be suitable for my needs. Ordering on line was easy and hassle free.

Great product but delivery promises are…
Great product but delivery promises are not accurate. The last 2 have cost me financially. Last years 2nd delivery came a day early and I had to leave work to accept it. This year's 1st delivery came a day late without any update or notification. Called 3 times before an email at 3pm to say it was delayed 24hrs. Had to take a 2nd day off. If you're not affected by early or late deliveries, the product is superb. Sadly, I won't be ordering again.
