Day 23: I still do not know when will my logs be shipped?
Three weeks after placing my order, the logs have not been delivered yet. My latest email has not received an answer. I will request a refund tomorrow.

My order was not delivered properly
My order was not delivered properly. I reported the problem to the company the next day. Instead of a quick response and solution It took a week with several emails from my end to find out what went wrong. I had to send a couple of emails to get finally an answer that you will refund for the product which was still owed to me. I am still waiting for my refund 2-3 weeks after your mistake.
I am not going to order again from your company as I find you unreliable and unprofessional. With all my good intention when something goes wrong the customer no matter the order ( a ton or a few kgs it is still an order) has the right to be informed on time and to be refunded or to get the rest of their order. The customer should never spend a week from his time to try to find out what has happened and fix the problem from your company or your associates. Kind regsrds

Units missing, poor customer service followed. Only reason there are any stars is because most units now arrived
Ordered 7 units and 5 arrived.
Have contacted this company 5 times with different promised dates for the missing 2 units, 1 being correct but only 1 of the 2 units were delivered. Mind blowing how they can get it so wrong and the lack of communication is ridiculous. I have only been updated when chasing and there is no concern from their staff, they simply don't care - Kevin is useless, many thanks for the worst customer service ☺
I would avoid this company had I know how much of a faff it would be to receive such a little order.

We shipped the items via our fulfilment centre. The customer informed us 2 of the 7 chimney starters were missing. We were checking this with our fulfilment centre but took the customer at their word and expedited a replacement of the 2 missing units. Unfortunately, only 1 of the replacement units shipped expeditiously but was followed soon by the final remaining unit.
We apologised to the customer for the inconvenience and mistake but have taken the error up with our fulfilment centre.
