Poor quality, an approximate copy done from a photograph, I would guess. Delivery took weeks as it came from China, not UK as was led to believe. Wanted the top for a special occasion, disappointed that it did not arrive in time, but would not have worn it if it had - it's horrible. Not even sure a charity shop will take it.

Do not use this company. I ordered a dress and once received which took ages it was nothing like the picture. Material quality very poor, no tag and horrible smell.
I ordered thinking company was in Poland but it is in China.
On trying to get a refund it was the usual keep it & get 10% or keep it & get credit note 50% or return it & pay minimum £13 postage plus they deduct a 25% restocking fee. All these options are unfair as you would never use a credit note.

I would strongly advise people to avoid London Style House. The dress I received was nothing like the one advertised. The material is very poor quality, badly made, and extremely disappointing for the price paid.

Delivery also took far longer than expected. When I contacted customer service to request a return and refund, I was told I would have to send the item back to China at my own expense, which is unreasonable considering the item was misrepresented.

Very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. I would not purchase from this company again.

I bought a jumpsuit,the size doesn’t correspond, quality is very low,the delivery waiting time is very long,they advertised they are based in Poland but the returning address is in China.I would not recommend this company unless you want to loose your money.Never again

If I could give no stars I would, completely rubbish after waiting weeks,misleading company who send from abroad, and nit worth sending anything back as this would cost more than the items worth ,oh well certainly wont be ordering again and fortunately it wasn't much ,but be aware basically they sell crap

The website was easy to find i was looking for some glamorous jackets, I picked the one I bought fir the colour and design, it just looked so elegant at an amazing price.
