Une arnaque ce site délai de livraison énorme produit reçu pas du tout identique aux images bien au contraire. Sav qui joue sur les mots alors qu'il présente des images attractives et qui vous font croire que le produit est conforme et de bonne qualité. Un sav injoignable faux numéro et réponse par sous 3 semaines

Möchte alle warnen auf dieser Seite etwas zu bestellen. Ich kann von diesem Shop nur abraten.
Das bestellte Kleid war fast drei Wochen unterwegs. Die gelieferte Ware war qualitativ sehr schlecht und offensichtlich günstige China-Ware. Außerdem entsprachen die Größenangaben überhaupt nicht der Realität, obwohl vorher eine Größentabelle angefragt und auch gemailt wurde.
Da ein 14-tägiges Rückgaberecht angegeben war, habe ich noch am Tag der Lieferung einen Rücksendeschein angefordert. Eine Woche lang erhielt ich keinerlei Antwort. Stattdessen wurde mir anschließend eine 15%ige Rückerstattung angeboten – allerdings ohne Rücksendeformular. Nach weiteren E-Mails und mehrfacher Aufforderung, mir endlich den Rücksendeschein zu schicken, wurde das Angebot auf 30% Rückerstattung erhöht. Ich wurde bewußt 14 Tage hingehalten und habe bis heute habe noch kein Rücksendeformular erhalten.
Für mich wirkt das so, als würden Rücksendungen bewusst erschwert, damit Kunden die Ware behalten. Meine Erfahrung war durchweg negativ. Ich werde dort nicht wieder bestellen und kann den Shop aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen nur abraten dort etwas zu bestellen.

Zeer slechte ervaring. Ik heb in 2024 een bestelling geplaatst en deze nog steeds niet ontvangen. Op mijn e-mails krijg ik steeds excuses en verschillende smoesjes. Ze hebben beloofd de helft van het aankoopbedrag terug te betalen, maar ook dat is nooit gebeurd. Ik vind het onbegrijpelijk dat deze webshop nog steeds actief is en dat mensen hier nog kunnen bestellen. Ik raad iedereen af om hier iets te kopen

Truffatori! Ho acquistato un vestito, arrivato dopo 3 settimane, qualità pessima, praticamente uno straccetto pagato 3 volte quello che vale. Alla richiesta di reso e rimborso ti propongono un extra sconto per tenere l’articolo (cifra ridicola). Insisto a chiedere il reso ma non mi mandano il modulo e il costo per il reso costa altri 15€. Una follia!!! Mai più

I'm in Poland. I ordered two blazers.
When they arrived, both looking completely different than in the pictures. When I tried to arrange a return, I discovered that the items had to be shipped back to China, with return postage costing almost as much as the items.
I feel completely misled. The company presents itself as a reputable business, located in NL, but the customer service experience felt impersonal and unhelpful, and quality of clothes straight from land field in China. Had I known that returns had to be sent to China at my own expense, I would never have placed the order.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company. Chinese scammers.
On top of that, they have several other companies under different names (e.g. ELIRENA), which operate under the same "policies".

Comprato una camicia e dopo un mese e’ arrivata una taglia sbagliata. Non c’è modo di capire come si fa a rendere.

Chienese products send from China. I bought dress that is totally different that was on their website. It's up to 14 days of delivery as they send from China not because they safe planet. Greenwashing. Now they want me to return to China, not to Netherlands. They calim to be company from Netherlands...

I'm ashamed to wear this rag even when taking out the trash. After ~3 months of waiting and stupid exchanges of messages with these impostors, I ended up with a rag below the level of those from Temu. Please beware of these scumbags.

Do not order anything there. This company is a one big fraud. You can’t return the product even though they ensure you it is possible and easy. I ordered a blouse and got different than one on the photo so decided to return. I emailed them to complain but they tried to convince me not to return. The time was ticking so I decided to return it on the return address on the envelope the parcel came. I payed for post it but it came back as they denied to accept it and I had to pay again. I regret I haven’t checked the opinions on the trustpilot before ordering.

Verschrikkelijk, ik bestelde vorige jaar oktober een jas voor mijn zoon 84,95€ ik kreeg de jas na 6 weken en 3 maten te klein. Ik koop het vanuit een website in Amsterdam en moet het retourneren naar China en dat kost nog eens 28€ wat echt belachelijk is! Dus ik het 113 euro betaald en nog geld terug gestort en het is al bijna april!!! Koop hier nooit je spullen

Ho acquistato una felpa descritta con applicazione ricamata e mi è arrivata con una stampa tridimensionale che simulava il ricamo, pagata 10 volte il valore reale. Ho fatto reclamo chiedendo di effettuare il reso ma ho scoperto che lo avrei dovuto spedire in Cina. Mi hanno concesso un rimborso del 30% che non ho mai ricevuto.
Consiglio vivamente di NON acquistare da questo sito perché è un imbroglio.

Ho ricevuto il mio ordine dopo 6 settimana in un pacco danneggiato, senza instruzione e il prodotto non era per niente come nella foto online. Era di plastica, orribile e sembra che pure manca un pezzo. Danno un rimborso, dopo di avere spedito indietro e spesa mia e solo dopo varie e-mail che ho insistito hanno detto che era possible. Mai più.

Esperienza pessima si nascondono dietro una falsa azienda olandese e sono una vergogna anche per le aziende cinesi oneste.il prodotto che ho acquistato era scadente e il reso impossibile perché ti rispondono che i loro magazzini sono in Asia e le spese di spedizione del reso a tuo carico sono maggiori dell'eventuale rimborso che sono sicura non arriverebbe mai. È assurdo che si possa permettere questa truffa con tutte le leggi che abbiamo a protezione dei consumatori!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Loranza. I ordered items that were clearly described as "100% Cashmere" on their website, but I received cheap, 100% polyester garments instead. This is not just a mistake; it is a deliberate case of false advertising and a violation of consumer rights.
When I contacted customer service to complain, they tried to avoid a full refund by offering me a ridiculous 15% (and then 30%) partial refund, claiming it was for "sustainability" and to "save the environment" from shipping returns. This is pure greenwashing to cover up their fraudulent business practices.
If you care about your money and expect quality, do not buy from this shop. They sell synthetic materials at premium prices. I am now proceeding with a chargeback through my bank and reporting them to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
Avoid at all costs!

Het is een webwinkel, met het hoofdkantoor in Cuijck. Ze misleiden met een mooie webpagina Loranza Amsterdam, dat het een webwinkel is die via China spullen laat leveren vind je niet zo gemakkelijk. Het is troep!!
Ik had aangifte gedaan, maar omdat dat maar weinig mensen doen, heeft dat geen zin.
Dus ik hoop dat de wet oorzaak en gevolg zijn weg hier gaat vinden!

TRUFFATORI. Pubblicizzano un cane (bellissimo) realizzato con Intelligenza Artificiale, descrivendolo come "interattivo, capace di camminare, abbaiare e sedersi a comando". E garantiscono il rimborso in 14 giorni. Quello che arriva è un mostro di plastica, rigido, malcostruito (una zampa più corta), immobile, neanche lontano parente del cucciolo fotografato per la vendita. Impossibile seguire il tracciamento del pacco perché il link che fornisce Loranza Label viene bloccato dal browser con la spiegazione : «per evitare potenziali furti di informazioni». Alla richiesta di reso e rimborso, garantita oltre che dall'art. 52 del Codice del Commercio anche dal loro sito, rispondono di mandare un video e delle foto per potere sostituire il prodotto. Poi spariscono. Veri truffatori!
