Wrong colour sent
I am quite happy with the jumper apart from the fact that the colour I ordered was khaki and I received wine. There was an invoice covered in scrawl with different colours crossed out. I will be keeping it as I can't be bothered sending it back and the colour is okay but not what I wanted.. Apart from that, the packaging was very flimsy. A single layer plastic bag that had torn open with the contents revealed. Not ideal.

Still waiting for a refund 2 months after cancelling order
Pre-ordered 2x dresses on 17/05 but found them already available on another site so cancelled order in less than an hour and had confirmation of this saying a refund would be issued within 30 working days.
I chased this after this time period and was told the order was not cancelled (so surely I should have received the dresses?!), and that it would be processed by the end of last week.
I have chased again today as I have still not received a refund so have not been waiting over 2 months for a refund for an order that was cancelled within an hour of me placing it. Rubbish service, would not recommend this site.
