Feedback about renault clio IV
The car was great, but it needs some maintenance ( brakes gums ). Need to be replaced because when i stop the car it hits the iron and makes noise.
And the car could have back sensors because its a 2017 version car.
But overall it was a nice experience and we will come back

Good base price, very expensive insurance
It was a decent, low price for the car. The car was a bit battered, but that was to be expected for the price. The service was also fine. Unfortunately, the cost of a full insurance added around 150% to the base price. I can understand the need for some additional cost, but alternate companies full insurance is much cheaper, especially considering the car wasn't exactly a prime model.

I had the wrong date but the team still made it work.
I had miscalculated the dates when booking the car and showed up in the office at the wrong date. Fortunately the employee was very helpful, flexible and organized - I was given another car in about an hour (but don't try this for kicks!) without a punitive fee. It saved my weekend! Great service, great cars.

As good as it gets and a great price. The staff were helpful, polite and professional. Expected sell for insurance which was clearly priced on their web site. I would rent from them again.

Expected better
Was expecting a new car as we paid a bit more for it and was told the vehicle we had was 4 years old. If it was it was in very bad condition. Engine management light came on after a few miles and the car had 150km on the clock. Expected a lot more

Before each reservation, the technical condition of the cars is checked. Engine management light can be indicator of multiple things in the car, and it is not an indicator of a malfunction with the car that does not allow for it to be used. For any such concern with the car, you can contact our 24/7 call center, which will assist you. I was more then satisfied with the…
I was more then satisfied with the rental. It took some time to pick it up, but there was only one lady at the counter and she was doing her best. Be aware that checking out the car might also need some more time than usualy.
The car (renault Clio Estate) was in good shape and the price was more than competitive.
I can only recommend this car rental company
