Hi Chris,

We are very sorry to learn about your experience and regret that we fell short of your expectations. We fully understand your disappointment regarding the delay in delivery and the issues with the packaging, and we apologise that we did not provide the standard of service you should rightly expect from us.

As a gesture of goodwill, we have arranged a 20% refund on your recent purchase, which has been processed back to your original payment method.

We’re really sorry again for the experience you had with your order. After looking into this, we found that your parcel was unfortunately damaged in transit by the courier, and the return was processed incorrectly. This led to your order being refunded instead of us sending a replacement, something that should never have happened.

We’ve since reached out to you directly via email to resolve the situation. We’ve reviewed our internal processes with the team to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
