Well, my experience with the company isn't the best. Is it because I'm a foreigner and speak English? I received a job offer after a year of waiting. The text message only stated that all the details had been sent to me via email. I checked and received nothing. I won't accept a job without knowing the responsibilities or financial conditions, which is probably normal for me, at least. I called and asked for an email with the information. When the email arrived during the call, there was a 130-page attachment. I asked for a momentto to get acquainted in and call the manager back. After 10 minutes, when I called back, no one answered. I made a few more attempts, and finally a woman answered, informing me that the contact person, was busy and that I would pass on all the information to her. In the meantime, I was sending text messages and emails confirming my readiness to work... After 1.5 hours, I received a message from the third woman saying that the positions were already filled and I could have called sooner... As you can see, professionalism is a dominant feature of this company.

We are sorry that the recruitment process felt frustrating from your perspective. That is never our intention, and we understand that time‑critical situations can feel abrupt when viewed from the outside.
We would like to be very clear: nationality, language or background have no influence whatsoever on how we assess candidates or offer assignments. We work with both Danish and international drivers on a daily basis, and discrimination of any kind is not part of our values or our practice.
In this case, the dialogue took place during an urgent recruitment process with a very high number of interested candidates, where positions were filled quickly. While relevant information about the role and conditions was shared, we recognize that the overall communication could have been clearer – particularly regarding the pace of the process.
