Disgraceful re occuring payment system. I asked for my reoccuring payments to be cancelled and now they are trying to charge me 40 dollars for one packet of dishwashing tabs.

Awaiting response. Products are mediocre, the clothes washing are ok but the dishwashing is very poor.

I was really hoping the dishwasher sheets would work but they were quite underwhelming. We are on septic so everything gets rinsed well before it gets put in the dishwasher. The first time I used the sheet it worked well but over time not so good. There was a buildup of tea and coffee marks on the inside of mugs and I was constantly having to rewash bowls and glasses Quite disappointing.

I purchased 2 lucent globe laundry scents from Woolworths and really enjoyed the smell and the experience of them. Washed our clothes well, so much so that I went on the website to order more scents but I'm dissapointed with the way it's set up. It's a very busy site, lots going on and I find the whole process quite gimmicky. I keep getting discount codes through instagram that don't work at checkout and I'm not going to pay full retail when they come on sale at Woolies for $6.50 so it's a shame I can't experience other scents.

I placed an order on 8 July and am still waiting for it to be delivered. I’m wondering why it is taking so long, especially since the delivery is within Australia.

I have been charged for no reason?? I didn't make an order why charge me??

It is not it made clear that this is a subscription service. Thought I was only buying some washer sheets and 2 month later I get charged again. They also make it rather confusing to unsubscribe. The product works ok. It doesn’t wash as well as regular tablets but if you like the eco friendly side it might be worth it for you.

Love the concept so was keen to try it out and now it’s my go to washing detergent!

Very Poor Product. Didn't sign up for the subscription and made very difficult to cancel.

I posted this review 20th June on the Lucent Globe website but they haven't published it, so I resorted to reposting it here.

"I ordered Lavender Laundry Sheets on 3rd May. Website says they are "Infused with pure lavender essential oils" giving the misleading impression that is their only added fragrance as I am very sensitive to artificial scents.  I chose express delivery which was a free upgrade at the time through Shop App.  The parcel was sent 6th May by regular post.  Took 6 days to arrive.  Arrived 12th May. Immediately when I opened the parcel I could tell other fragrances were added.  I contacted them straight away and they confirmed other fragrances are added, so I got the parcel back into the mail the same day 12th May.  Paid $19.30 out of my own pocket to return them.  They said they would give me a store credit as I said I would swap to the Sensitive version.  On Fri 15th May Australia Post attempted to deliver the parcel to them, but couldn't as their warehouse was shut. It was sent to a nearby Mail Centre. I emailed Lucent on Tues 19th May as I noticed the parcel still hadn't been collected from the Mail Centre, to let them know where the parcel was and if they could go and pick it up so I could get my order exchanged to Sensitive Laundry Sheets.  They said the warehouse would also be shut on Wed 20th, but they could pick up the 21/22. I kept checking the Aust Post tracking app. No pick up. The 25th May I emailed saying my parcel was still at the Mail Centre and because of this delay, I request a refund please of my order along with my return postage costs because I felt uneasy about how often their warehouse was closed, the lack of customer service and also I had to source other products as I was now out of laundry detergent.  Got no reply.  I emailed again 3rd June. Got no reply by email, so I sent copies of my emails by Facebook Messenger.  They replied on Facebook on the 4th June saying sorry for the delay but basically I need to wait until they process the return before they can do a refund. Yet they still hadn't collected my parcel from the Mail Centre.  I was emailing because I didn't want the parcel returned back to me from failure for them to collect.  They finally collected it on the 8th Jun. I didn't hear from them until the 16th Jun when they sent me a brief refund email for my purchase price but no return postage cost reimbursement.  I emailed the 18th Jun asking if they could re-consider refunding my postage costs considering the delay in rectifying the matter and the misleading ingredients list on their website.  They wrote back on the 19th Jun "I'm so sorry for any miscommunication regarding your return order. Unfortunately since we don't have paid postage return slips available, all customers seeking a return will need to honour the return fess themselves. Please advise that we have no way to issue further refunds or compensation for external fees, such as return postage, as we don't have access to these payments".  Their reply made no sense as you can reimburse people for expenses they have occurred. As I said in the emails to them, I would not have ordered the Lavender sheets if I had known they were scented with anything other than pure essential oils.  Very disappointing and a waste of more than a month of my time and also $19.30 of my money.  I also asked them to update their website with the actual ingredients so it is no longer misleading. Checking that tonight, I see that hasn't been done either. "

Don't do it. Dishwasher sheets work poorly, with dirty, dusty results. Worse is the subscription by stealth model - any order automatically is converted to a subscription WITHOUT YOU SELECTING IT.

Returns policy also worthless as you're required to send their fragile cardboard box packaging to Australia via recorded delivery - any damage resulting in no refund, but still the cost of shipping, which is probably more than the product itself.

Great products, Aussie lads, reliable

Sneakily auto subscribes you to a recurring payment and makes the cancellation process painful. I believed I had a one off purchase but was subsequently charged 2 months later on. Very convoluted process to cancel. Do not trust this mob.

I use the dishwasher and laundry sheets. Love the philosophy of the company and I am happy with the performance of the products. However, I grow increasingly weary of the website experience which feels noisy and forceful. I'm tired of having to dodge unwanted subscriptions as if they were land mines. If I want a subscription I know how to buy one! I have them with multiple vendors and not one of them is as overbearing as Lucent Globe's. They appear to be prioritising short-term gains over user experience. Might be working now but this approach usually ends with frustrated visitors who eventually shop elsewhere.

Got signed up for a subscription I did not want.
Want to try the product not get locked into an ongoing purchase.

Honestly. I’ve never had a problem with my dishwasher either Finish dishwashing tablets. Only a couple months in of using lucent globe dishwashing sheets. The filter and pump keep getting blocked. I’m now having issues with my dishwasher. Do not buy if you want your dishwasher to last!

Place is an absolute scam and will do anything to get you to commit to a reoccurring order. They offer a deal of buy 4 and get 4 for EOFY and lo and behold they auto apply a reoccurring order that you cannot ditch. So you go to order a single one to try it and as soon as you apply their welcome discount…. Bam!! They add in a reoccurring fee. I caught this before buying but it grinds my gears when companies pull this crap!

While I find the product eady to use and ok at doing what it is designed for, I find the sale and support quite dodgy.
I didn't even know I had signed up for a subscription and 6 boxes came to my door and were debited from my account.

The problem with lucent globe dishwashing detergent sheets is that they do not remove the stains from white crockery. This means that you have to use more water and more dishwashing liquid and wash by hand afterwards just to remove the stains before you use your plates, cups etc. They’re useless.

bought your dishwashing sheets. Ive used them 3 times now and really wanted to like them. I rinse everything off before I load the dishwasher, never overload and have not used a pre rinse as instructed. Unfortunately, each time I used the sheets, several items were not clean and I've had to handwash them. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend your product.
