We used lucent globe dishwashing sheets for over a month and tried every cycle and combination possible and still dishes were not clean when coming out, when we tried 2 sheets as recommended it blocked our dishwasher and made it go into error mode which cost us $200 to fix.
When we went back to them they said we can send them back for store credit.
Why would we want credit for a product that is useless, does not work and doesn't clean anything.
Waste of money! We bought the bundle and will be throwing it straight in the bin.
Useless product and useless company, atleast stand by your product when it doesnt work and accept unopened products back when customers have tried everything and even cost them money to use this pathetic product.

I'd really like to be able recommend this company's dishwashing sheets but it's been a bad experience. I tried it with my dishwasher on short cycle and the machine filled up with suds and everything came out soapy and had to be re-rinsed. So, I tried it on the long cycle and all of my cups came out with brown stains inside. Going back to the usual brand until something better comes along.

I wish I could like Lucent Globe’s products.
Good: recyclable packaging, helpful staff, subscription setup and maintenance is easy to manage.

Bad: oh my gosh, the ingredients (in the washing machine sheets at least) are awful! I had a horrible red rash under my eye for months after using these sheets. Do not buy them if you have sensitive skin!!!

I wanted to share my experience with Lucent Globe Laundry Sheets.

While I found that the sheets left my clothes smelling fresh and pleasant, I was disappointed with their cleaning performance. In particular, they did not effectively remove sweat stains from my sweat pants, even after following the recommended washing instructions.

After several washes, I found myself returning to my regular laundry powder because it provided a much more effective clean and removed stains that the laundry sheets could not.

I appreciate the convenience and fresh scent of the product, but for me, cleaning performance is the most important factor, and unfortunately, Lucent Globe Laundry Sheets did not meet my expectations in that regard.

I hope this feedback helps with future product improvements.

I use Lucent Globe products, throughout my house. They are easy to use and keep things clean and most importantly, don’t negatively affect the planet. It’s been a few years now and am very happy.

The idea of using safe environmentally friendly products attracted me to letterbox the dishwashing sheets and booster. Sadly product is overrated and uneconomical. Tea stains have slowly built up on my mugs and in general I always have to put a portion of the washed load through again as it does not do a good job of cleaning the dishes.

The laundry sheets give a nice smell but you have to use at least 2 to get an adequate but not fantastic wash.

Product also arrived crushed and was burst open.

Delivery was within timeframe and easy to order.

I work in a metal fabrication shop that is constantly filthy. Your laundry sheets take care of all the grease, dirt, dust, rust & more. My clothes come out perfectly clean & they smell so good too! Thanks for a great product that I can feel good about purchasing and that works really well!!!

This is a review of the Lucent Globe dishwasher sheets. As much as I wanted them to work, my dishes have consistently required rewashing by hand. So disappointing. Coffee cups especially come out with a brown coating on the inside and cutlery never looks of feels clean.

I was really excited to try these laundry sheets and had been considering ordering them from the website for quite some time. Luckily, my local Woolworths had them on special for $6.50, and I'm very glad I didn't pay full price.

One of the main selling points for me was the fragrance. When I opened the box, the scent was beautiful and I genuinely thought I was going to love them. Unfortunately, after washing, there was absolutely no scent left on my clothes, which was really disappointing.

I also didn't find they cleaned particularly well. I ended up re-washing the load with my usual detergent and fabric softener, which left my clothes feeling cleaner and smelling lovely.

The only positive I can mention is that the drawer I store the sheets in smells amazing. Sadly, that's the only benefit I've experienced from using them.

I LOVE the laundry sheets! They clean as they should plus they make everything smell like sunshine with a hint of the scent from the product, especially the sheets and towels. I have LOTS of boxes, just working my way through them all. I won't be going back to my old washing powder so I hope you stay around for a very long time. I don't know when I first tried them, it seems like a long time ago.

They smell great before the washing machine but don't actually make the clothes smell nice. Won't be purchasing again.

Their product is really nice.
There website and customer service could be improved. The website is full off banners, and moving parts and add ons and other bits. But the foundational elements (such as the ability to login and stay logged in) terrible.
It is easier to purchase as Woolies (unfortunately).

Either under the banner of "trying to help" or incompetence. Lucent Globe processed on order on my saved credit card details WITHOUT authorisation. This is an organisation their is either staffed by less than inteligent people, or untrustworthy.

I love the convenience of Lucent Globe's laundry and dishwashing sheets. No messy bottles and drips on the shelf. The exact amount of detergent needed. And the lather - it's fantastic and effective. I will NEVER go back to a liquid product. There's a lot of competition out there, and you guys have nailed it! Well done!

I am extremely happy with my products from Lucent Globe. They all work as expected and make cleaning almost pleasurable.
The only problem l have had was with a couple of the spray bottle triggers. These were replaced without question or complaint and extremely quickly, thanks LG.

Love the Breeze laundry soap smell and so does my family of 8. Have just started testing the other soaps (toiler, floor, glass & multi) and happy so far. Loving the hand soap and dispenser also - really great and LOVE that I am not chucking so much plastic!! Must say that was my biggest driver for trying it, but will not look back - love it

This is an excellent alternative to ZeroCo.
The dishwashing and laundry sheets are convenient and smell great!
The hand soap is a little watery but that maybe because I added too much water lol.
The ordering and delivery process is easy and prompt, and I love that the packaging is composable and that the only thing you have to add is water which brings down the weight of packages.
