So the first reply to my review below said they had refunded me for my order. I check. No refund. No reply from customer services. I write it off making a mental note to never order from anywhere again if I can't use paypal. Weeks down the line this company REMOVES their orginal reply to my review saying they had refunded me and changed it to I must have used a scam website. So which is it? Either you LIED on the original reply saying you had refunded me and it was a scam site or you are LYING NOW, trying to get out of refunding me knowing the limit for refunds is closing.

Below is my orginal review. Which still stands and is 100% from a verified purchase and honest. Seriously, don't be a fool like me and let your kid twist your arm into ordering stuff they see on thicktok. It does not end well...

Checkout stated 2-4 days delivery. When a week had passed I contacted customer services. They said website was wrong and they can't change it. Dispatch time is 2-4 WEEKS! When i said this was poor customer service, out of the blue they cancelled my order even though they had already marked it as shipped on the ridiculous app i had to dowload to track it (which shows you how much you can trust their tracking). I have sent numerous emails asking for my refund seeing as they cancelled my order but they are ignoring me. Will have to try and reclaim it from the bank. Lukamachain don't tell me sorry, contact customer services. I have - they are IGNORING me because they want to keep my money. What an utter scam. I should have trusted my judgement when I saw they didn't take paypal but was ordering for my daughter and her friend so I thought give it a chance. More fool me. Thicktok scammers

I placed an order on the 10th of March which was confirmed and said delivery in 1-3 days.
On the 20th March when still no email from them or product , I emailed again.
No reply to any email No product and no communication.!!!!

2 months to reply says it all.!!!!!
It was not a fake site.!!!
