Great Customer Service
What began as an unpleasant delayed delivery was resolved by Sandy with your Customer Service Department. She searched for my delayed package and was able to locate it and give me a good delivery date. I was upset as I was close to running out of my probiotic, yet she managed to calm me down and get the necessary information to find the package She was very professional and caring and understood how important it was for me to receive my probiotic which is working miracles.

Customer service is everything to me and this company has the best. I love that they have reached out to me to check in on my experience with the products I have. I shared with them that I have done my research on other products, as I am always looking for the best deal. I found that no one offers what they offer at the same price point.
