Absolutely terrible experience I have ever had with an order and customer service. I will never ever order from this company again.
Received my items (3 bracelets) 2 of the 3 broke immediately as I was putting them on. Reached out to CS, got a reply. I did what they asked- show proof. When I followed up from not getting a response, it was silence and has been ever since 8/22/26. Still have no response. The jewelry is crap which matches the vibe of their customer service. The individual I received a response from was Amy Smith. Thank you for wasting my time and now my money.

No tracking information is available, and while customer service does respond, nothing actually gets resolved. This has left me feeling like the whole experience may be a scam.

The promotion advertised was “Buy 2, Get 1 Free.” However, at checkout, the offer was replaced with a discount instead of honoring the advertised promotion. I contacted customer service, and they assured me they would issue a credit for the missing item, but I never received it.

At this point, I’m waiting to see what happens, but based on my experience so far, I have very little confidence that the issue will be resolved.
