Accidentally ordered the wrong sizes and the customer service team were amazing. I emailed after the mistake was made and explained and Martin my customer service advisor made changes to my order and made sure that the correct ones were shipped out in a timely fashion. Excellent service.

Purchased two pairs of underwear and they are good quality and very comfortable, the only downside was I felt the elastic waistband could have been tighter as they seemed to move a lot as you ware them
