Unprofessional and ignorat of consumer…
Unprofessional and ignorat of consumer law. If you have bought something from these people and it does not fit. Or does not match the sizing on their site you can get a full refund you might have to do it through your bank as this business wont accept fault even after telling you they know their stuff isnt the correct size. Ive been issued a refund for the full order of £42 and its always a good idea to screenshot and send the laws your actually protected by ie. Sales of goods act.

Quality of the underwear is superb
Quality of the underwear is superb, cheaper than some of the high street brands and easy to order and quick delivery.
I have ordered twice from them now and will be ordering more in the future.

Great product
Really liked the website, great images and easy to use. Products ordered in sale so a bargain and arrived quickly. As a guy hitting 50 its really hard to find underwear that still makes you feel good wearing it but does not make you look like mutton dressed as lamb. These do it, I am very happy to change at the gym and stride about with these on and they have been commented on. Nice work team LURE!

Wrong size returns issue.
Great service. Lovely pants. However, not really Lure’s mistake, but I ordered the wrong size by mistake. I bought 4 Large instead of 4 medium. Sadly (and understandable I guess) underwear can’t be returned. My only gripe is that there is no way that this innocent mistake couldn’t be rectified. I only wanted to exchange large for medium and hadn’t even taken them out of the packet. So I had to give them away.

You may not look like the models, but you will look fantastic
Let’s start by saying that I don’t look like most of the models used to promote this brand. But that is not to say that I don’t look fantastic in these. I have tried a number of underwear brands over the years and being chunky in the thigh area briefs tend to ‘dig in’. So I was a little nervous ordering these having first tried the boxers which come in larger sizes, and although they fitted, they were a little roomy. I thought it was worth the risk, particularly given the bargain pricing at the moment. I ordered a wide selection so I could literally “taste the rainbow” and I am thrilled with the results.
The fit is really comfortable and the colours are as vibrant as they come across in the photos.
I will definitely be buying more.

Upon learning of this issue, we immediately took action to rectify the situation. We have reached out to process a full refund for your entire order, including the incorrect items you received.
While we do have checks in place at the time of dispatch, as a small business with a human-operated system, we acknowledge that mistakes can unfortunately occur.

I'm very happy with the items I ordered and reserved, but I wasn't happy when I ordered 9 items and only reserved 8, I had to email you to find out why and I was told the 9th one was out of stock and u didn't understand why you let me ordered 9 items when the were only 8 in stock, that's the only reason I've gave you 3 stars not 5 Thank you gary
