Please see below our email to you yesterday, unfortunately previous to this you requested that we refunded your order and also provided free underwear. As a small business this is not something that is viable. Within an hour of you advising us the order was not tracking correctly we resent another order without delay.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

We understand that there have been some issues with the delivery of your order, and we apologise on YODEL’s behalf for any inconvenience caused. We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and I'd like to address your points regarding the situation.

As you mentioned, the original order unfortunately got misplaced during transit by YODEL. We immediately acted upon being informed of the problem and swiftly replaced the order within an hour of your contact. The reshipment was dispatched on the next working day (Tuesday). Regarding the subsequent communication, we advised you to check the tracking information, which indicated that the delivery was expected on Monday. Upon our own follow-up, we found that the package was successfully delivered on Tuesday (today), which aligns with the standard 5 working days from the day of dispatch.

We fully recognise the importance of timely deliveries, and we are truly sorry for the delay you experienced. However, please understand that once the package is handed over to the courier, certain aspects of the delivery process are beyond our direct control. Regarding your request for a refund, we must clarify that the delivery, although slightly delayed in your opinion, was completed successfully within the 5 working days timeframe. Given the circumstances and the efforts we put into resolving the initial delivery issue promptly, we believe that we have gone above and beyond to rectify the situation.

We genuinely hope that you are enjoying the new pairs of underwear.
