Lush Cosmetics 

I use Lush products regularly and am delighted to recommend them to others. I have read the other reviews, and it is plain that members of the police and their dumb supporters are trying to sabotage Lush by writing bad reviews. As an innocent person who has been wrongly accused of committing crimes by the police before, who has been assaulted and beaten up by them and on complaining have discovered that officers involved scrawled untruths in their statements, these muppets disgust me and I view their cretinous supporters who are trying to damage Lush with complete disdain and contempt. Like millions of others in the Uk I have absolutely no time for the scruffy, lying morons and bully boys who populate the police forces of the UK.

Pay no attention to the brainless 'reviews' scrawled by these fools. Support Lush and enjoy its escellent products.

I love Lush products but I have had enough of the shop ( Leicester). Yesterday, I was pounced on the moment I walked in the door and then ‘ harassed’ by at least 3 other assistants- though it felt like 30.
I don’t want to be asked about my day. I don’t want to be called ‘lovely’, ‘sweetheart’ , ‘ darling’ and other sickly words. I just want to look at what’s for sale and ask a question if I want to.
Lush need to update their customer training to include a section on inappropriate vocabulary. And how to recognise customers who don’t want to be harassed or patronised.

Great natural products and service! One of the few (if not only) cosmetics brands that have authentically natural ingredients! Love the bathbombs and face cream Celestial, Ultraplant and the serums - my must haves! Really sad they discontinued the banana serum and my favourite face mask, Oatfix..

I used to buy most of my shower gels and scrubs at Lush until they seemed to change their recipes in the last year. Now some of my favourites e.g. rub rub rub have begun to irritate my skin (I have autism and my skin is super sensitive). Also the gels like Plum Duff have started to slide off before I'm able to move them around in the shower (maybe due to this new sodium cocoamphoracetate).

Also, the new design website is not fit for purpose and takes an age to navigate and load. Please revert to the old website.

They should update the website URL, it's pretty outdated here :) Good company, have been using their products for years.

Seriously?? Gift set filled ti the brim with polystyrene foam ,not exactly environmentally friendly and for what you get ,it's expensive. Plus it feels like the company loves to lecture you on got you should live your live because they believe in supporting questionable organisations. The cost of living will soon bri g these companies down a peg as who will pay for this overpriced soap?? I used to like lush products but it's now the soap equivalent of Ben and Jerry's.

Bath bomb blew up my bathroom. I suppose it was in the name hence the 5 stars , perfect advertisement.

Just been treated by Jess (Manchester store) to a small gift and message ‘to keep my spirits up’ having lost my sense of smell to Covid in September.

Gisteren een verjaardagscadeau bij Lush besteld. Normaliter duurt de levering erg lang en zou het niet op tijd binnenkomen, maar Lush heeft ervoor gezorgd dat dit toch is gelukt! Toppers, snelle reactie van de klantenservice en natuurlijk GEWELDIGE producten. Ik raad het iedereen aan!!

One tiny product, delivered in a box 10 times bigger than the product in each dimension, and filled TO THE BRIM with puffed styrofoam pieces.
In the past 5 years I haven't seen such an ecologically criminal packaging. I'm outraged!!

I love Lush, never had an issue with any order i've made. Prices have increased over the years but still just about affordable enough

I have read some of the reviews and cannot believe that some have had such a bad service as I bought some gifts from Lush at Christmas. The parcel did not arrive so I checked the tracking and it had gone back to Lush as it was damaged. I contacted Lush and spoke to Emma S and she went out of her way to make sure I got my goods and they were delivered 4 days later. She was lovely and this is how customer services should be. Usually friendly staff and greet at the door. I appreciate how they want to help me find the right product but it feels like they're trying to rush me out. Maybe not their intention but it's very unpleasant as I want to look around on my own.

Met alle leuks van Lush maken we het beste van de de lock-down, er is heel ruime selectie. Toch snel bezorgd voor kerstmis, zonder teveel verpakkingen. Er ontbrak een item, en dat werd door de klantenservice snel recht gezet.

I feel a bit mean giving LUSH two stars as their products and delivery have always been good (aside from alerting me its on its way when its already been delivered) - but why do you have to cover parcels in your branding? It serves almost no purpose in terms of advertising (I've already bought the product) but what it does do is alert family members to what's arrived and completely spoil the surprise. Honestly - it would be better and cheaper if you just used plain cardboard.

Sick of this going on 3 weeks now still havnt recived my order lie after lie live chat is crap they dont care i want my refund now ive had enough lies 20 emails and now there ignoring me none of ther phone numbers works joke had enough

I have just been to the Guildford branch to purchase some bath bombs and had one of the staff who was a very helpful lady called Tasha.

She gave me so much time and was excellent with my purchase.

Ik koop al jaren de bruisballen van Lush! Topkwaliteit! Ze laten geen sporen na in het bad en zijn zeer zacht voor de huid. Enige minpuntje is dat de verzending via hun webshop vrij lang duurt. Er is bij mij een kleine twee weken overgegaan. Bestel dus zeker op tijd als je snel iets nodig hebt!
