I go to Lush all the time but after the last time i went there, i really have to leave a good review. I love all the products I bought from you. Thank you Allason for your amazing service, you were very nice and kind to us. I’ll be in soon for the spa treatment you were telling me about. Thanks 🥰🥰

Gewoon niets bestellen of kopen. Als je wat terug stuurt omdat je daar een goede reden voor hebt, word dat geregistreerd en als je dan overnieuw wilt bestellen word dat op een zeer nare toon in je schoot geworpen. Klantenservice van de lush, is heel erg onbeleefd, onvriendelijk en door dat gedrag gooien ze zelf hun eigen glazen in! Daarnaast zijn ze zo ontzettend gender neutraal blablabla, maar aan de andere kant word je dus gediscrimineerd! Ook hun zogenaamde feel good en all natural geblaat is gewoon niet waar. Lush is niet natuurlijk en buiten dat feit overpriced! Ik zal niemand dan ook aanraden om bij lush te bestellen. Want als er iets is waar je denkt goed aan te doen, komt het als een boemerang terug in je eigen nek. Bah lush dit is niet hoe jullie reclame over maken met iedereen is welkom, dus niet!

I visited the Lush at Guildford today. I was looking for something to make my hallway smell nice and welcoming. One of the staff called Rhiannon was most helpful and went out of her way to show me the different products which were suitable. They all smelled gorgeous and I was able to choose the right ones. Becky at the till was friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed the shopping experience.

Visited the Lush store in Bournemouth 2 days ago. Wonderful experience. Was helped by Travis! Haven’t been to Lush in a long time and was lovely to revisit an old favourite. Travis was great! Very genuine, helpful and kind. Thanks so much!

Love this brand, their shops, the staff and their products - in particular henna rouge :)

We went to the Lush in Bath the other day and we were served by a woman named Autumn. She was so, so friendly, kind, and positive and her work attitude was truly unmatchable.
Very well done for employing such a fabulous member of staff.

Skin feels absolutely amazing I’m blown away!!

Slow shipping (takes weeks!) and product quality seems to have gotten worse/smaller. I recommend shopping in person

Me and my friends went to lush today and lived the whole experienced. I bot the grease lightning spot treatment and my skin feels amazing!

I had an issue with a missing parcel from the delivery company and followed their advice of waiting 24 hours and then contacting Lush. I reached out on the live chat as I was still missing the Parcel and this was part of a 30th birthday present coming up. Within 5 or so minutes Harried could see there had been no updated information on the tracking for a week and got a new one sent out to arrive before the Birthday! Was super quick and helpful and can not thank her enough!

My friend just bought me a lush bath bomb and omg it’s amazing ! Very happy with how my skin feels and how much more relaxing my bath was. Incredible

Love Lush products, my favourites include Celestial moisturiser, Scrubee, Helping Hands, Honey I Washed The Kids body spray and the chatity pot coins.
Helpful informative staff.

La mayoría de sus productos son aptos para todo tipo de pieles y no es así. Con tal de vender y vender no son capaces de clasificar por tipos de piel. Aseguran que varios exfoliantes cremas y jabones son aptos para pieles atópicas y sensibles y NO es así.
Dan reacción rápidamente y no sirven para nada.

Ik ben diep teleurgesteld in het gebrek aan service van Lush (locatie amsterdam centraal). Ik ben vaste klant van Lush en word normaliter heel fijn ontvangen.
Ik wilde Let the good times role kopen maar die was alleen in groot formaat verkrijgbaar.
Overzetten in kleiner potje kon niet.
Bij het inleveren van mijn lege potjes werd ik met nare toon aangesproken op het feit dat ik de potjes niet had gespoeld.
Al bij al een nare nasmaak van mijn bezoek.

Compre un montón de cosas varias veces, de pronto veo un comentario de alguien de que los productos muchos de ellos llevan triethanolamine, que es tóxica y cancerígena, investigo y pongo un comentario de que, que decepción que pensaba que usaban productos buenos naturales, y me responden que eso no es malo y demás, y les pongo bueno que ecocert lo cree así, y que si no les acreditan ellos que quien lo acredita y me mandan un correo que : nuestro equipo ha leído su comentario y aprecia su contribución, aunque no cumpliera todas las normas de nuestra web. Gracias por compartirlo; esperamos poder publicarlo la próxima vez.
