Tilasin yhden 15 € tilauksen jonka jälkeen tililtäni alkoi lähtemään 9.95€ kk ilman sopimuksia. Jouduin sulkemaan korttini ja minulle tuli taloudellista ja ajallista haittaa. En suosittele. Minulla ei ollut jäsenyyttä mitä peruuttaa eikä kuitteja rahaa vaan alkoi häviämään kortilta.

Kannattaa olla tarkkana, jos ostat tuotteen jäsenyyshintaan niin sitoudut kymmenen euron jäsenmaksuun joka kuukausi. Tuota asiaa ei mielestäni ilmaista selkeästi nettisivuilla. Kavereilla tismalleen sama kokemus. Suosittelen ostamaan jostain muualta kuin täältä.

Scam alert

they get payment from me without knowing one year then i stop being member last november then they still get money til march they don’t even pay me back when i ask for refunds. i bought only 2 times and i didn’t know i was member and paying 89 kr per month last year and i try to stop membership but still get money from my card it un acceptable that they don’t refund my money . i had my receipt from my mobile payment .

Varsinainen "lux" -kokemus,,,

Luulin tilanneeni nettikaupasta tuotteen. Kas vain, olin saanut erillisen lisälaskun nimeltä "lisämaksu" 9,95 euroa. Olin liittynyt tietämättäni/huomaamattani jäseneksi, josta menee kuukausittain 9,95. Erosin heti, sivuston mukaan 14 vrk olisi ilmaisia, mutta maksusta en päässyt eroon, koska jäsenyys päättyy aina kuukauden lopussa. Voi miten "ihana" ansaintalogiikka tällä firmalla...

Mielipiteeni tällaisista ansoista ei ole julkaisukelpoista! Jätän tilaukseni noutamatta ja maksan palautusmaksua 2.95. mutta kas vain: palautumisesta olisi ilmoitettava. Siihen ei ole mahdollisuuksia. "On kovasti ruuhkaa" eikä chat-ikkuna toimi. Mutta HUOM: Kun menenkin sivustolle incognito-tilassa, chat-ikkuna toimii eikä mitään ruuhkaa (bottiin) ole.

Mielestäni tämä on täysin epäeettinen, ansoja rakentava toimija, joka kuppaa tyhjästä. Googlen surkeissa pistearvioissakin on puolet liikaa. Pitäkää varanne!

At Luxplus, we offer special member prices 🛍️✨ To access these discounted prices, a membership is created during checkout, where the membership terms, pricing, and free trial are clearly presented before the purchase is completed. Customers actively need to accept these terms in order to continue with the order.

We would also like to clarify that memberships can be cancelled at any time and do not need to continue until the end of the month.

In your case, your membership gave you savings of approximately €11 on products and around €4 on shipping, meaning you saved more than the membership cost itself. Without the membership discounts, the total order value would have been significantly higher.

Regarding the return fee, this is standard practice across much of the industry and helps cover handling and transportation costs. It also helps reduce unnecessary returns, which is better for the environment 🌍💗

Lastly, we would like to address the comment regarding “heavy traffic” and the chatbot. We would never intentionally block access to customer service or create artificial waiting times. Temporary technical or traffic-related issues can occasionally occur, but there is absolutely no deliberate manipulation involved.

Regarding the return fee of €4.99 , this is a standard contribution towards handling and transportation costs of returns. It also reflects industry practice, where return shipping is commonly paid by the customer. In addition, it helps encourage more mindful purchasing decisions and reduce unnecessary returns, which is better for the environment 🌍💗.

Without a small return fee, overall prices for everyone would need to be higher.

Luxplus discrimination

I ordered from Luxplus and initially received confirmation, but after waiting almost a month, I had to contact them myself to ask about my order. They replied saying they had not sent it, without clearly explaining why, even though they had already taken my money.

After several back-and-forth emails, they eventually refunded me, but never asked whether I still wanted the products. It felt like they simply didn’t want me as a customer. If that’s the case, it’s frustrating to have spent so much time on their website trying to find the right products.

They should be transparent about who they choose to sell to. Otherwise, it feels unfair and misleading.

My advice: don’t waste your time browsing and selecting products, as there’s a risk your order may not even be sent.
