We have booked at the last minute but everything we need has been sent through straight away, details of the apartment and parking, the codes that we need. Very impressed with the promptness.

This is the second holiday I’ve booked with Luxury Coastal. Their properties are fantastic and the whole booking process is very easy. Their properties are also very well managed and maintained. The customer service is great, I had to amend my booking and Nicola was great, very helpful and understanding. I will be booking with them again.

I had an issue with my booking on line (my fault!) called the number, which was well displayed (not usually the case - most companies these days don’t like TALKING!)
Spoke with a VERY helpful professional lady who resolved my issue, sorted payment and even gave me a discount! Thank you!

We stayed at Redshank in Looe. The house was perfect for us as we were a party of adults and three dogs. Everything was sparkling clean and all furniture was in excellent condition Even though we had lovely weather the games room and cinema room were still well used as they were great places to socialise in the evening. There is a lot of glass so it might get a bit toasty in the living/dining area if we experience another heatwave. But views are spectacular!
Would recommend.

Fab easy to use booking system

We’ve just returned from a 2 week stay at Redshank in Looe. What a beautiful property with everything you need - and so much more. The views from the balconies in most rooms is amazing and we spent many an hour watching the tides come and go! We were unfortunate to experience an extremely rare heatwave but the cinema room was a perfect cool place to escape to! Nothing was too much trouble for the owner Peter, who was very quick to rectify any issues we had or provide local knowledge, as was the local representative, Giselle.

We would have absolutely no hesitation recommending this property - it is stunning!

The walk up to the appartment then 38 steps down and then up to tha appartment not suitiable for people with walking difficulites. Staff very plesent when booking But not so when you want to complain she was quit rude and would not listen to me. Will not book with
them again

Ease of booking, why four I think dog price is expensive, your response will be deep clean and that might be the case for some people with dogs but not ours.

At first, I could not add ny booking, however immediately I was emailed & the accommodation was put on hold with great clear communication the apartment was booked & I paid the deposit the next morning. Very helpful

The ease of booking. The promptness of e-mails and confirmation. I had all but given up hope of finding an apartment in The Old Stationmaster's House for the first week in September. I discovered Luxury Coastal quite by accident. Some amazing properties and luckily I managed to get what I was looking for. Will definitely keep their details on file for future holidays.
