Great booking process. Easy to navigate website, accurate descriptions of property, Great Field Luxury Lodges near Saunton, N Devon. Plenty of informative emails about accommodation and location and happy to recommend.

Efficient, friendly and helpful staff when both reserving and booking.

Nice location , well kept site.
On arrival EV Chargers not working even though reported by previous guests 2 weeks earlier .
The lodge itself , toilet seat in twin bedroom cracked, sink in double bedroom chipped and cracked , out door cushions stained , blankets in lounge stained. Frying pan grubby and unusable needs replacing.
No Hot tub maintenance throughout stay even though this should have been performed daily .
Overall disappointing stay , would not return .
Stayed previously in numerous luxury lodges and this is not top of my list .

The hot tub was not maintained throughout my stay , there was insects etc in the hot tub which remained through out our stay , so I am confident maintenance of the hot tub was not provided.

The apartment is very modern and beautifully set out.. I would say top spec ..very comfy bed/pillows..also towels
we have had many snags and reported them..rear bedrooms can be viewed from outside no privacy from outside.. so have to keep blinds closed ..none of cupboards or crockery were cleaned b4 we arrived.. even having IKEA labels stuck on them.. we were first in apartment but personally think these should have been ready for our arrival..
Guess in due time things will iron out..
It’s very well situated and the views are lovely.. would return again .
I think a welcome pack would be helpful as no shops near by.

Fantastic stay in The Spinney at Strawberry Fields. Attention to detail for everything was faultless from administration to cleaning and information. Lodge was beautiful with fantastic decked outside area. Will definitely return.

This cottage had everything we needed and was central to the buses and trains we used as we did not drive here.
It was clean and comfortable with Sophie at the end of a phone if there were any problems. I would recommend this lovely cottage to any friends or family with no hesitation.

We booked accommodation through Luxury Coastal after we’d arrived in St Ives and found that we didn’t like the original accommodation that we’d booked.

The mews accommodation they provided us with was immaculately clean and absolutely stunning inside with views across Porthminster beach. The location was excellent for the beach and for the train station too, and just a 10 minute gentle stroll into town. We loved it and we definitely hope to be back.

Really simple to use and book a holiday

use LC for all our self catering bookings which speaks for itself . Fab properties on books in great locations and easy trouble free booking and great info provided thereafter re access etc .well done team LC.

Booking was simple, and hopefully I can give another 5 star for the stay after we have been for our break

Couldn’t be more helpful or responsive. We have previously rented with LC and they make the whole thing experience seamless and efficient from a user friendly website and booking experience through to joining instructions and during visit customer care. Highly recommend.

There was a lot of confusion with the payment and changing accommodation. This was sorted out quite quickly. Hope was very quick to answer any emails.

We made, cancelled, remade reservation within 24hrs and throughout Nicola was patient, helpful and efficient. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at Snowdrop Lodge at Roadford Lake Lodges, booked through Luxury Coastal. The lodge was spacious, beautifully decorated, and felt instantly like home. It was clean, well equipped (especially the kitchen), and the hot tub was a great bonus!

We really appreciated the thoughtful touches from the lodge owner on arrival, and the whole booking process with Luxury Coastal was smooth and stress-free. Mary, who handled our booking, was especially helpful and friendly throughout.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the lodge and Luxury Coastal — great service and a wonderful break!
