Jammer om te horen dat je niet tevreden bent met jouw synthetische ponytail.
Via e-mail heb je ons aangegeven dat je de ponytail wilde ruilen voor een kortere lengte. Hierbij hebben wij jou onze retourbeleid toegemaild en duidelijk aangegeven dat het niet mogelijk is geopende items te retourneren. Bij ontvangst van jouw retour was deze volledig geopend en gedragen. Je hebt toen aangegeven dat de ponytail te zwaar voor je zou zijn. Dit heb je ons op voorhand niet aangegeven. De ponytail was geopend, de haren zaten vast aan de klittenbad en de ponytail had een parfum geur wat voor ons aanduidt dat deze wel gedragen is geworden.
We hebben je daarnaast een aantal tips en tricks via de email toegezonden.
We hopen dat je de ponytail toch nog steeds kunt dragen.

Katastrophe wirklich, ich hätte mir auch bon Shein welche bestellen können für 10€ wäre genauso .. schade! Halten nicht und sehen auch nach dem Waschen genauso billig aus wie davor, abpudern hilft leider auch nicht!!

Ik bestel al zeker meer dan 8 jaar mijn Extensions bij Luxury for Princess.
En ik ben in alle jaren nog nooit teleurgesteld.
Het team staat ook altijd klaar, ze mailen altijd snel terug mocht ik vragen hebben.
Het haar is in kwaliteit en in prijs, veruit de beste. qua lengte, aantal gram, en kwaliteit van het haar kun je het echt niet beter verkrijgen elders.
Ik doe erg lang met een set haar, en kan het zeker aanraden om het haar te kopen.
De dames van het team staan ook voor je klaar om je te helpen voor kleurbepaling, en dit gaat echt zelden mis. Ik heb jullie al eerder bedankt, maar nogmaals super bedankt voor jullie goede service alle jaren :)

Snelle levering. Jammer is dat je een kortingscode niet opnieuw kan gebruiken wanneer je een verkeerde kleur hebt gekozen. Daarna kost het retourneren ook nog eens €7,50.

De retourkosten zijn voor eigen rekening, dit staat ook op onze website vermeld. We hebben daarnaast een retourportaal waarin het zeer gemakkelijk is jouw retour aan te melden en het artikel te retourneren.

Ich verfasse diese Bewertung nachdem…ich bei LFP bestellt habe
Ich verfasse diese Bewertung nachdem ich mehrfach mit dem Kundensupport in Kontakt war, auf meine letzte E-Mail aber keine Antwort kam und ich mich nun entschlossen habe andere Kunden vor meinem Fehler bewahren zu wollen. Ich habe 2014 das erste mal bei LFP bestellt und war sehr zufrieden mit den Haaren und entschloss mich daher wieder dort zu bestellen, gleiche Haaarfarbe und Dichte der Extensions-knapp 300 Euro. Als ich die Extensions öffnete fiel mir direkt auf die dünn sie in den Spitzen sind und das vom Haaransatz an abgebrochene Haare abstanden, die man wenn man die Extensions so gut wie möglich kaschieren möchte in jedem Fall auffallen würden. Sehr enttäuscht wandte ich mich an den Kundensupport, welcher mir versicherte, dass das Absicht sei, weil echte Haare ja auch am Haaransatz abbrechen würden und das so dann authentischer ausehen würde. Ungläubig, dass das ernst gemeint war, bekam ich jedoch das Angebot zu einer Qualitätskontrolle die Haare an LFP zurückzuschicken-für weitere knappe 17 Euro Versand auf eigene Kosten, da es in die Niederlande versendet werden musste. Als die Haare dort ankamen, wurde mir versichert, dass mit den Haaren alles in Ordnung sei und letztere mir zurückgesendet werden würden. Ich habe im Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice Bilder mitgeschickt wo ich meine 8 Jahre alten Extensions neben den Neuen fotografiert habe und man deutlich gesehen hat wie wenig Fülle in den Spitzen ist-darauf wurde mir nur entgegnet, sie würden ja trotzdem gleich viel wiegen. Ich bin super enttäuscht, da ich ja nicht wusste, dass das Unternehmen qualitativ so abgebaut hatte und nach Öffnen der Packung kein Umtausch mehr möglich war. Finger weg.

We have inspected your hair extensions set at our claim department. We have weighed the full set on our scale and the weight is in total 220g, to be exact 232g. After that, the full set is also inspected by our professional hairstylist that have experience with hair extensions in general for almost 20 years. They have concluded that the set is in perfect condition and meets the quality standards that we currently apply.
We included an video the email attachment for your reference. This is the reason that we will send the full extensions set back to you today. We also send you the Luxury Storage Case & Hanger for free to prevent damage and to storage them the best way.
We hope you still can wear your hair extensions set.

Quality went down..
I order extensions here every 2 years, the quality of the set I received is worse than the set I received 2 years ago. Hair is way thinner now, and doesn't blend in well with my hair. Looks unnaturally shiny. Hard to curl, won't take shape unless use extreme heat...
Will not order there again..
It's unfortunate spending so much money on something you will never use.

The quality decreases + price increase
After fairly contacting the company first to find a solution before writing a review, I am disappointed with no solution or refund. Being a loyal customer for 10 years, I ordered several new sets. Color is really beautiful, the prior set I had I used it over 4 years with no problem styling and no detangeling. Now styling and curls do not hold, they tangle fast and quality and thickness is not like used before. I’m sad, because I made 3 orders for 500€ in the same month - I do not get further answers on resolving my issues via mails anymore. Will look for other companies now.
