Terrible holiday provider can see from the many other reviews that they steal people’s money and refuse to provide th holiday they promised they would take care of any issue then if there is issues it’s well pay extra money then they promised transfers for £120 then charge me £150 they took advantage of my brain damage and disability encouraging me to go get currencies for countries that thy knew they were not able to book me to they are either incompetent or liars or both

I would of been better booking the holiday myself they have caused me two weeks of distress leading up to the holiday meaning I’m probably not fit or well enough to fly anyway they promised on Sunday to call or back Monday then it’s Wednesday today meant to be travelling tomorrow and they have screwed up my entire holiday, whole idea of a travel agents is to avoid the stress I would of been better booking myself than with these dishonest crooks

In reply to their copy and paste reply etc … they told mistruths about what the hotel had said I know as I seen the email transcripts etc and also the transfers didn’t turn up or turned up two hours late or wanted more money as holiday company hadn’t provided them accurate times etc or changed of flights etc

They even originally suggest one transfer turn up at 6pm for a 3pm flight so unless it’s a magic time travelling taxi 🚕 etc….

I'm sharing this to alert everyone about a fraudulent team that's been operating. They promise the world - invest 2k, 5k, 10k, or 25k, and you'll get access to 5-star hotels whenever you want. Sounds too good to be true? It is!

We've been trying to contact them for 5 months to book a hotel, but they're ghosting us. The sales guy, Khan, disconnects the call whenever we reach out. 😡

Don't trust them with your hard-earned money. They're scammers, plain and simple. Spread the word and save others from getting duped! 💔

I travel every year and would always arrange my flights and accommodation with you. I landed at my destination only to find out the transport car from the airport to my hotel was not there, which i had paid for. I contacted the company via email and expressed my disappointment and requested a refund as i had to pay for a taxi. I had several emails from various people back and forth, only to be told that apparently someone was there but unfortunately, i'm incapable of reading my own name and actually identifying a person that apparently was there, basically I was called a liar. I have sent several emails since returning from my holiday and nothing. No refund and no knowledgement what so ever. This is probably the worst customer service I have had. I don't think i will be arranging any of my future travel plans with you ever again.

Pooja was an amazing help from a start to finish. I had to make a few amendments along the way and she was always patient and so helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
The holiday was perfect. The local agent was brilliant help.

This is our 2nd year using luxury holidays, this year in particular we’ve had a fantastic service from Nilesh. Being quite fussy I went back and forth with different options on destinations and hotels but nothing was too much for Nilesh, he came back very quickly with options and very competitive pricing each time . I will definitely recommend using Nilesh/ luxury holidays as your agent if you want a great service!

I booked my holiday through Pooja, she was very help and very knowledgeable. I am very particular and Pooja was patient at understanding my requirements. Would definitely recommend booking with this company and ask for Pooja, you won't go wrong!

I almost always speak with Sol, who finds me the perfect locations, hotels and deals. I can safely say that we have not had any bad holidays with them. Sol is always at the other end of the phone and always happy to help. He goes over and beyond in selecting the perfect holiday for us, most recently booking the most luxurious break for my milestone birthday. It was one to remember! Excellent from calling and speaking to Bobby and Pooja - no dithering and delays - quick pricing and once agreed quick to address the paperwork - this was a last minute trip and needed all in place same day. Amazing - this is another booking made this year and never let us down and provided peace of mind. Always available to chat or communicate by email/text. Lady called Pooja was very kind and helpful and was very hardworking and was very nice to get help from definitely recommend to get service from.

First the planning and choice of holiday was really helped by Pooja from Value Added Travel. She was so patient with us and we genuinely couldn’t have had a more suitable resort and accommodation.
We stayed at Sun Syam Olhuveli in the Maldives and can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff were always Friendly, courteous and helpful. The company anticipated our every need, this meant it was the most stressfree holiday we ever had. I would definitely recommend all inclusive, we didn’t need to spend anything the whole holiday and used the cash we had changed for tipping staff at the end. I would recommend taking US dollars not Maldivian Ruhiya.
The marine life and wildlife is exquisite, we could see and swim with sharks, rays and beautiful fish from our room.
The activities and excursions included in our package were well organised and superb. We would go kayaking, paddle boarding most days. Our sunset cruise proved to be exciting as we saw loads of Spinner and Bottle nosed Dolphins.
I would highly recommend this resort and Value Added Travel Agency.
