Excellent product and fabulous service from Meryl and Tony. Highly recommended.

Alongside the furniture being excellent the service provided by Meryl and Tony is exceptional.
The chairs and stools are robust , beautifully made and the perfect addition to our patio.
The colour we originally thought we wanted did not suit the surroundings and Meryl and Tony enabled us to buy the perfect chairs with their professional and exceptionally helpful service.
I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for quality, triple A standards and beautiful garden furniture with a range of great colours too!

Arrived on time as promised, great communication throughout, the chairs and footstools are gorgeous, amazing quality, love the colour, easy to fold in and out. Highly recommended.

The chairs are great quality and it was superb service from Tony & Meryl from start to finish. The chairs themselves are really well made, comfortable and solid. A really personal service given by Tony and Meryl, with great communication throughout. Highly recommended and I suspect we’ll be adding to our collection soon. Thanks

I ordered 2 of the airondack chairs from the site and from start to finish Meryl and Tony were fantastic.
Their communication was second to none and they delivered the 2 chairs in person at a time to suit me as well. It is lovely to find a caring company that has old fashioned values about the correct way to communicate and deal with customers.
The chairs themselves are absolutely gorgeous. They are so well made and solid with attention to detail of the marine grade screws. They look so like wood its unreal and the fact they use recycled plastic.
Could not recommend this small business enough.

We couldn't be happier with our chairs, or the experience of buying them through LuxWood Patio. Meryl went above and beyond, answering our questions, being flexible with delivery and providing us with all the information we needed. The chairs themselves are of excellent quality, comfortable and look fantastic. A fantastic business to buy from, I could not recommend them highly enough!

We are very pleased with our chairs. The service from Meryl and Tony was excellent. We highly recommend this company

This company is amazing and the chairs are fantastic and so comfortable. I bought two chairs and a table but I wasn’t sure which shade of grey to go for so they brought both for me to look at, which goes to show how classy this company is, thank you Meryl and Tony!

We could not be happier with our purchase of two chairs and a table. The quality is first class and no longer will we have to be replacing cheap wooden chairs that rot away in just a few years.

Tony and Meryl were a delight to purchase from. They clearly take complete pride in their product and offer faultless service. The items arrived more quickly than expected - and I anticipated delivery by some courier company. It was a lovely surprise to meet them personally and see the chairs positioned in the garden at just the right spot. Our dog took great pride in testing them out first and from the look of how comfortable she was, evidently approved thoroughly.

Thank you very much and we’ll back soon for the footstools no doubt!

Really really pleased with the 2 chairs I purchased.
The 2 owners were really helpful, rearranging delivery to work with my diary and personally delivering and showing me how the chairs folded and locked in place.
The chairs are really comfortable and they took the time to talk through cleaning tips.
Would highly recommend to family and friends

Exceptional service and quality.
Beautiful comfortable, low maintenance outdoor furniture that looks quirky.
Perfect communication, delivery and set up from Meryl and Tony.
Would highly recommend!

Gorgeous green garden chair and superb customer service. Highly recommend this company

What a total delight to 'stumble' upon a company online and have every expectation exceeded.

Not only were we delighted to find garden chairs made out of recycled plastic, thus able to live 'in situ' and needing minimal maintenance, but to then find the reality just as good, if not better than, the pictures on line.

Further delight when the phone goes within minutes of the order being sent 'into the ether', with Meryl asking "if it would be ok to deliver them the next morning" (Saturday!!).

It quickly became obvious that this was a two person operation and the level of customer service was truely personal and exceptional. Our only disappointment was that we were at Park Run so could not meet Tony and Meryl on delivery, but the chairs were left exactly where requested without disturbing our dog sitter.

Cannot not recommend this company highly enough.

Bought a set of chairs and table. Well manufactured, robustly assembled, very comfortable and the colours are really vibrant. From order to delivery was very prompt, with good communications and the personal delivery is a nice touch. Meryl and Tony are very friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product and this company.

Beautiful chairs and lovely people. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely Fantastic Chairs and great service from the owners of the company . Kept us updated throughout the delivery process and showed us how to fold up the chairs - very simple . We ordered 2 of the orange chairs and they look stunning in my garden and are very comfortable - highly recommended

Good looking, comfortable and low maintenance chairs. Ordering super easy and service excellent. Good communications throughout and friendly efficient delivery to exactly where we needed them without even any packaging to sort.

This was a great service from ordering the chairs and table , to delivery. Tony and Meryl maintained contact throughout , and I can't recommend this small business highly enough! The chairs are just what we wanted , so comfortable and easy to maintain , and the table looks great with them .

Fantastic service and quality items from Luxwood Patio. Chairs are great; communication was brilliant and delivered quickly. Totally recommend.

Delighted to find a small relatively local business supplying the chair design we have wanted for some time. Great quality and first class service. Delivery made just 3 days from order.
