Excellent customer service as we asked for an early time if possible and they obliged. Personal delivery and the chair is amazing. Hubby wanted his own chair but it had to accompany our existing furniture. It looks fantastic, really sturdy and a perfect colour. Can’t fault the care and consideration given 😊

Due to my job and its awkward hours, I telephoned Luxwood and spoke to Meryl and arranged for the Adirondack chair and foot rest, to come in 2 weeks time; they happily agreed to this and came early in the morning to deliver them. The items are an a great feature of my garden, being strong and durable. I am grateful to Luxwood patio for their help. Thank you !

Having seen the furniture in a neighbouring garden and in Ludlow Farm Shop, I ordered 2 chairs and a table online. The delivery date was given for a couple of days time, in the meantime I telephoned Meryl to say I wasn’t sure about the colour of table I had ordered.
Very obligingly she offered to bring an extra table for me to choose which colour I liked best.
Communication was easy and friendly, delivery on time, but the customer service was outstanding. Haven’t had a chance to sit out in the chairs as it hasn’t stopped raining since but I am really, really pleased with them. Thank you LuxWoodPatio

Delighted with my Adirondack chair and foot stool.
From an enquiry to delivery customer service was excellent. It was lovely meeting Meryl and Tony and hearing about how they started and the Amish community that makes such wonderful high quality chairs.
Thankyou.

Fabulous personal service from Tony and Meryl. Wonderfully comfortable chairs that are a breeze to clean and maintain. So good we have just purchased another couple.

I absolutely 💯 agree with all the other 5 star reviews!! Amazing service from the lovely Tony and Meryl, all the way through - great communication, delivery in person with expert knowledge of the product (and what a great product story it is too!). I'd been looking for Adirondack chairs for my garden and the Google search came up with LuxWoodPatio - I was blown away by the amazing reviews across the board and decided to go for it. The chairs arrived exactly on time, Tony showed me how to open them up while Meryl explained their manufacturing history - amazing! I'm completely in love with the Driftwood Grey set with footstool and table, it looks beautiful in my garden and we can't wait to use them throughout the year. Definitely worth the price, and hand-delivered by such a lovely, friendly couple - absolutely recommended!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Delivery was exactly as promised, and the chairs themselves are stunning — they look just like real wood, but are made from 100% recycled plastic with a solid core and marine-grade steel fixings. Built to withstand everything from scorching sun to freezing winters, they feel like they’ll last a lifetime — and probably will.

Yes, they were a little more expensive than some alternatives, but the quality is exceptional. The colour runs all the way through the material, so no worries about fading or peeling. We’re so glad we invested in these — they’ve already transformed how we enjoy our garden, and we look forward to many years of use ahead.

Purchased a pair of chairs and a table after seeing them at Harrogate Flower show. Toni and Meryl were great to deal with. They patiently answered our questions(sometimes twice!), and were not pushy in anyway. They understood it was a big purchase we needed to get right. The chairs arrived on the date and time promised, and were put into position for us. All in all a good experience, and quality product backed up by a solid guarantee.

These days it’s not easy to find a high quality service such as that provided by LuxWoodPatio.

The chairs are so much better than the cheaper versions available. They are robust, comfortable and have added an extra dimension to our garden.

To have them delivered and put in position was the icing on the cake. No packaging, no fuss. I was sat in my new chair within 2minutes of them being delivered.

Highly recommend.

We have been looking at these chairs for a while now and finally took the plunge at the Malvern Show. Tony and Meryl were fantastic and the chairs and table were delivered in less than a week.
The colours are amazing and the chairs are so comfortable we will be buying more in the future

Love these chairs- so comfortable and no need for cushions! Looking forward to many happy hours sitting in them given their long lasting materials and construction. All coupled with an excellent and responsive service and delivery from Tony and Meryl 🙏

We are delighted with our chairs, footrests and small table. They are sturdy, well made and very low maintenance. The excellent personal service from the business owners right from first meeting at the Harrogate Spring Flower Show with delivery a couple of weeks afterwards. Made from recycled materials, the finish is really very good and the furniture is durable and solid. Pricing reflects the quality - and we're confident that it will last and last. Very happy to recommend, especially with personal delivery and no packing materials to get rid of - proper customer care from a small business.

Chairs are so well made and comfortable. And look lovely!
Thank you for the excellent customer service.
You are such lovely people!

I’m delighted with my chair. It’s certainly a premium product. Also delighted with the excellent and personal service from the business owners right from first meeting at the Malvern Show to delivery less than a week later. I’ll definitely be making a repeat purchase.

We saw the chairs at Harrogate Flower Show. They are comfortable, maintance free and well made. We ordered after the show and still got the show discount. Tony and Meryl delivered them personally to the right spot on the lawn! Great service from lovely people

These are quality products which will require no maintenance.
The communication and service from Tony and Meryl was excellent. I love the fact that they personally deliver their products.
More than happy with this company.

Great set of chairs!
Just ordered a second set.

Absolutely wonderful company and brilliant help from the team. I was deciding between two colours - they very kindly offered to bring both colours so I could choose, kept me up to date whilst I was on holiday so I knew when to expect, and then arrived on time and and waited whilst I decided which to select! It was wonderful to hear how the company started - am sitting in the very comfy chair right now thinking about the people who made it! Highly recommend.
