A personable approach in all communications. I was kept updated throughout and the delivery of my beautiful chairs arrived on time, positioned as I requested and I could enjoy them Immediately.
The quality, comfort and enduring style will give me pleasure for many years to come. A justified investment 👌

I've fancied some Adirondack chairs for some time but my husband wasn't convinced until he sat in one of these at the RHS Malvern Spring Show and didn't want to get up again. They are incredibly comfortable, and we love that they are made out of recycled plastic so they look and feel great and will last a lifetime. They were delivered personally by Meryl and Tony - excellent customer service and an excellent product.

We met Tony and Meryl at the Malvern show. We were looking for wooden garden furniture and were amazed that the table and chairs were plastic!
They look like wood and come with a lifetime guarantee . They look amazing in our garden.
Tony delivered them a fe w days later and dealing with them was a total pleasure

Great service , fabulous product
Thank you Tony and Meryl
The website is very straightforward and once ordered delivery communications were brilliant and as promised with personal service. The chairs are great very sturdy and comfy.
Thank you

This is a lovely business to deal with. Certainly no pressure sales here.
The Chairs are great quality and were delivered on time. They were positioned as I needed them, so no packaging to get rid off either.
Would recommend.

First class product , friendly efficient service. Highly recommended

The chairs are brilliant and very comfortable, lots of visitors to the garden have also said the same. They were delivered on time with lots of communication when they were on the way to make sure you dont have to wait in. Perfect Experience all round

I bought two chairs at the Harrogate Flower Show at a special show price and then later (with the same discount) a side table. The experience was excellent and delivery perfect. Oh... and the chairs are great, comfortable, heavy so they don't move in the wind and look just like wood.

I try and support small businesses if I can and not the majors so I'm pleased that I did and wasn't disappointed.

Spot on LuxWoodPatio.

Great service from ordering to personally delivering direct to the garden, no packaging or putting together. The quality of the chairs is exceptional and they look great in the garden, friends thought they were made of wood but these will have no maintenance. Thanks for the great service.

We bought 2 Adirondack chairs and a side table. They are very smart, excellent quality and comfortable.Exactly what we have been searching for for a long time The service and delivery were excellent. On time and well communicated.

I’d searched around for adirondack chairs and couldn’t decide between the mainstream brands. As soon as I saw Tony and Meryl’s website I knew they were what I wanted. I ordered straight away and they managed to deliver to me that weekend! The chairs are so comfortable and I’ve already recommended them to friends. Thank you for the personal touch. Brilliant product.

I bought 2 of the chairs. I’ve had them a week and they have been much admired. They look really lovely and bright in the garden and the build and material quality is great.
I wanted furniture that would last and wouldn’t need maintenance and these seem to fit the bill. I was tired of the waste of taking furniture to the tip because it had broken or rusted.
The service and communication from Meryl and Tony was excellent.

Just a quick note to extend our sincere appreciation to Tony and Meryl at LuxWoodPatio.

It is so refreshing to witness such great service alongside such lovely quality products. Garden chairs made to a standard with care and pride... and designed to look great, last forever, and be so comfortable. Well done!

And unlike so many soulless online shops, Tony and Meryl's commitment to great comms and brilliant service really sets them apart. They set such a high standard that they truly deserve to thrive. Overall Gold Medal standard. Our thanks again.

Absolutely delighted both with the product and the customer service - thank you Tony & Meryl. The chairs, table and footstool fit perfectly on my garden terrace and compliment the rest of the garden beautifully. And they're not just pretty to look at, they are really comfortable to sit on as well. I can't stop looking them and smiling!

What a great business. Chairs are stunning and super comfortable. But the complete pleasure is dealing with Meryl and Tony, amazing, great service from start to finish. Lovely to deal with truly genuine people, committed to providing a great product and service. Thank you both.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. The chairs and footrests are just what I wanted - they look great, they are extremely well made and low maintenance. Tony and Meryl provided an excellent service from start to finish and delivered the chairs to my door fully assembled and on time.

Thank you so much to Meryl and Tom for travelling all the way to West Wales to deliver our chairs. We weren't sure if which colour to choose so they brought both sets! As the weather's been so bad,and in the strong winds they didn't budge at all we've finally sat down today to try them.
They are so comfortable we could've stayed there for the rest of the afternoon!
Not only sturdy, the colour Brazilian Walnut ,looks so natural.
Extremely pleased with our chairs and table. So glad we found you.
Thanks again both, continue what you're doing as you do it so well.

A distinctive, well made product. Looks great and is very comfortable. Excellent communication with the company, delivered to us when they said and assembled. The two individuals who run the company obviously care and want their customers to be completely satisfied.

Great looking chairs and service, very friendly and efficient. Our Adirondack chairs were delivered personally by Meryl and Tony, and on time. The chairs look fantastic and seem very well made, just hope it stops raining soon so we can enjoying sitting on them! Paul and Jenny
