I cannot recommend them highly enough. A top quality product combined with superb customer service - friendly, helpful and personal. I couldn’t be more pleased with my chair - so pleased in fact I bought a second one.

Just bought four more of these wonderful chairs and three footstools. The ones bought last year have happily withstood the winter with no maintenance. Great customer service.

Great Chairs and Footstools with Outstanding Customer Service - we purchased four Adirondack chairs on the 12th April for our fire pit area in the garden - we were so pleased with the initial purchase we decided to buy another four Adirondack chairs along with four footstools for our decking area. Meryl and Tony were outstanding. If you are thinking of buying Adirondack chairs look no further than LuxWoodPatio

What a great company - Meryl and Tony”s communication was excellent. Our chairs arrived exactly when they said they would and we love them. Sitting in one right now whilst writing this review!

If you're on the fence about purchasing, I hope my experience gives you the nudge you need. The product is outstanding, featuring marine-grade steel and a material composition that truly stands out. The high-quality manufacturing, coupled with its US-based backstory and commitment to sustainability, is remarkable.

Meryl and Tony were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my questions. They not only assembled the product but also ensured to minimize unnecessary packaging. Their unique personal delivery service allowed them to set everything up and explain the folding and cleaning process. 10/10, quite simply the best company I have ever used.

I originally saw these chairs several years ago but the impression of their colour & comfort stuck with me. Once I was in a position to buy some I placed the order on Luxwood Patios website which was very easy to use. I had an acknowledgement of my order within a couple of hours & shortly after that a proposed delivery date. The chairs were delivered in person by Meryl & Tony who run the company & set up where I wanted them in my garden. You could not ask for a better service & the chairs require no maintenance just an occasional clean. Perfect

Efficient and very friendly service. Am really pleased with my Adirondack chair. Looks like real wood and maintenance free! Would highly recommended this company.

Fabulous quality product with excellent customer service.
I purchased two Adirondacks, and was initially a bit anxious as these were more expensive than what I have previously considered spending on garden furniture. However, I am really pleased I chose them because they have been left out over autumn and winter, and remain pristine, exactly as they were hand delivered with love and care by Meryl and Tony at Luxwood. I love them 🥰 ( the chairs 🤣)
P.s. This is the first review I have written because usually I am not that inspired. This purchase was the exception. From very happy customer in Chichester.

Quality that lasts! I bought chairs, footrests and tables in April 2022, and they still look and feel fantastic and have weathered the summers and winters, uncovered, since then very well. The service at the time we bought them was outstanding.

Tony and Meryl have been a dream to interact with. From the moment I processed my order to day of delivery, they are the loveliest and professional team I've experience. On arrival to our home, they hand delivered and installed our new chairs and then explained how to open, close and store them safely. It's rare these days to find good people who put their customers first, therefore Tony and Meryl stand out from the crowd!

We’d been looking to replace our ageing Adirondack chairs for some time and were pleased to discover the LuxWood Patio products.
The customer service was excellent from start to finish with personal delivery and set up by Tony and Meryl themselves.
We bought the chairs and side table at the end of the Summer so were only able to enjoy them briefly before the weather changed - they are very comfortable and look great in our garden. The chairs are quite expensive but worth it to have such a high quality product that we can leave out year round with no maintenance along with a lifetime guarantee.
Definitely a 5 star product and 5 star customer service!

Great product and great service.
Can’t ask for more than that.

These people have sussed the secret of running a successful business.

First of all, have a fantastic product with absolutely nothing to criticise about it.

Second, stand by your product so much that you are prepared to drive the length and breadth of the country to deliver it to customers' garden in person, where they set it up, answer any questions, and make sure you are satisfied before they leave. (Meryl and Tony are lovely people too, which helps!)

The consequence is, you have the happiest of all customer bases, all of whom give you 5* reviews - because anything else, frankly, would be just churlish.

We love our chairs - and have gone back to order the matching side table!

Thank you Luxwood Patio!

I finally ordered a chair and footrest at Southport Flower show.
I first sat on a chair 3 years ago, they are so comfy, nice and sturdy and above all, weather proof (both wind and rain)
I have been trying to decide where they would go in my new garden ever since. Meryl gave me a sample to take home last year to check my colour choice - lots to choose from!!
Tony and Meryl took my order and explained the payment and delivery process.
I was emailed the delivery day with a 2 hour window and sent a text with ETA on the day.
T & M brought the chair and footrest into my garden and put it where I wanted it. They showed my how to fold both the chair and footrest (even emailed me a YouTube video later)
Luckily we have had a couple of sunny days since and I've made good use of the furniture. I look forward to many more.
The service and product from Tony and Meryl is excellent, I can't praise them enough.
I will certainly be recommending them to my friends and family.
Thank you LuxWood Patio

Bought two chairs at Southport Flower Show. Tony and Meryl are extremely helpful, it’s a pleasure to do business with them. Importantly, the chairs themselves are great, they were delivered personally by Tony and Meryl, who were doing a nationwide delivery tour! Well done to you both, shame other businesses can’t be this good.

We had 2 chairs, foot rests and side table delivered last week.
The quality is a incredible. Heavy, solid and very comfortable.
The service is exceptionally good. We arranged a delivery date/time and we're kept up to date every step of the way.
Highly recommended.

Excellent company, great experience and the chairs are perfect, just what I’ve been looking for.

I don’t often spend a significant amount of money with a company I have no experience of, but there was something about their website and reviews that suggested this might be a little bit different - and indeed it was. First of all we were delighted with the product and that was enhanced by the level of service we received. From receiving the order to delivery, and then follow up, they managed to achieve that rarity of being both extremely professional and personal. A pleasure to deal with them.

Very helpful and cooperative home based team who handled our order for two chairs with speedy information and enthusiasm.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Tony and Meryl are such a lovely couple and it was a pleasure to do business with them. Great communication and the chairs are fabulous!! Would highly recommend LuxWood.
