Lapse in Communication
WHAT I DISLIKED: Apparently, there was an issue with stock that was never communicated to me until I contacted Lyreco for an update on our order.
WHAT I LIKED: CARLA, who helped me sort things out over the phone, was very professional and followed through on what others had failed to do. She was essential in making sure that our order was fulfilled on time, in spite of the stock issues. Thank you, Carla!

Very Poor
Very Poor. Delivery was to my house as I work from home, 10 x 400mm x 400x 400mm boxes and stationary. I never heard the door knock. When I went downstairs later in the day I opened the front door, everything was left outside in the pouring rain. My boxes were soggy and bent. I have took pictures and will be sending them. This was my first order with Lyreco. Not happy at all!

Goods not delivered and poor communication
I ordered a radiator in October and it still has not arrived in February. Lyreco said that they sourced it out to a third party and they claim to have attempted delivery but nothing was left or shown. They then told me that it was discontinued and that they would supply a new one. I am still waiting at the end of February for it.

1) I did have an issues with Customer…
1) I did have an issues with Customer service team who could not make out the order I was trying to place .it was the usual order that we always made .when Philip Taylor was out sales rep He was wonderful .never a problem.
2) As a follow up and not been able to place my order .I asked for our area rep to phone .
He did so very efficiently
Sean came out to.view all our printers
He was extremely helpful .very pleasant
Sorted everything out .our order was delivered next day and beautiful box of chocolates
I was very impressed
