we only had a delivery of paper when we had ordered more. our company is now trying to find out where the rest of our order is.
we saw more lyreco boxes on the delivery drivers trolley but he/she only left the paper with us and left with the other boxes so we thought they were most properley for someone else.

I'm new to Lyreco, I've recently joined my organisation who have an account which makes is very easy to order, making the process smooth.
When I have to make my first online order, my login details wouldn't work so I contacted Lyreco's customer care team. They were very professional and efficient, they resolved my query swiftly following all security measures.
I've since placed a second online order with ease!

The products I received are excellent but I only knew about the deliveries on the day of arrival which could have been tricky for the desk. This could have been an issue of the 3rd party delivery company but it was very poor communication. I was not told about the arrival of either delivery

First time ordering and staff were very friendly and helpful, the delivery was fast and efficient and the delivery driver introduced himself and let me know he will be our area delivery man moving forward

Easy ordering service, delivery was really fast and the delivery driver was really nice, couldn't do enough to ensure that the parcel (huge box as it had office furniture) was in a convenient place for me.

I ordered toner for my HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP 3302fdw printer. The delivery is swift! BUT the searching function for toner/cartridge in Lyreco website is unsatisfactory and not helpful at all. It did not work to find a suitable toner for my printer. At the end, I had to search the toner model at another websites and use that model number to make the order. Hope Lyreco could improve this.

I was expecting a 2-3 week wait for my new chair and keyboard, when in fact both were delivered in a matter of days.

Spoke with a human who was friendly & understood my needs & promptly assured me that my request will be dealt with.
As promised by Tristram my items were delivered plus a faulty toner which required an exchange were with me the next working day

I have been using Lyreco for my company stationary needs since 2007.
Overall the experience is good with fast delivery, usually next day even if you choose not urgent.
Its good that orders need to be validated by a responsible person to control excess spending.
I am however knocking one star off because:
1. The website is clunky. (Although there is a small improvement since I first started using it TBF)
2. The search bar needs improvement. e.g. if I'm looking for Dymo D1 specific tape I don't want to see the entire Dymo product line-up.
3. Some things seem excessively expensive. e.g. 12 pack of pilot pens cost £30.24.
4. Sometimes what I need is sold out, I rather not see the sold out options at all as it leaves me disappointed.

We have been ordering from Lyreco for many years and have always received an excellent service. I like their commitment to sustainability and the fact they encourage a reduction on CO2 emissions by asking the buyers to consolidate delivery, to reduce mileage.

Phoned my order through was told would get it the next day but had to call back as did not receive my order until 2 days later .
