Placing an order
They were probably very busy with taking orders but was held on the line for roughly 4 to 5 minutes, however once through they were prompt and very helpful.
I must point out however i dont normally wait that long for the purchase team to respond, and thats why i have still given a 5 star

I spoke to a very helpful member of staff called Jonny. He was very knowledgeable about your products and what it was I was after. I was also very impressed with his communication and how quick he was in setting up our business account, followed by a next day delivery! 5 stars for customer service! The delivery process was an absolute…
The delivery process was an absolute pain. The date was rescheduled two times. The first time, a date was specified and they didn't know what happened to the delivery. The customer care informed me they were not aware why the delivery didn't come through. Later they called me back and said it was an unforeseen technical issue (sure it was an excuse) and scheduled a delivery date after a week.
This time, even after a week, my delivery date was changed to the next day on the day the delivery was supposed to be made.
Even after informing them that I would need to make arrangements for the delivery, they had no consideration of informing the correct date. I wasted two days working from home in anticipation of the delivery. No apology or regret was expressed.
