I ordered 2 t-shirts for an upcoming holiday. While the shipping did seem to take a little longer than expected, I emailed asking when they might arrive. I was told they should still arrive on time before the holiday. They ended up arriving 6 days prior to when I even expected them. However, one of the shirts came in the wrong size (a truly honest mistake as the poly bag they came in had listed the correct size). I immediately emailed M00nshot (on a Sunday) and got an almost immediate response within minutes. By the next morning I had an email from customer service apologizing and saying they were not only shipping a new shirt immediately, but gave me a refund and a 30% off code toward my next purchase. If this isn't a great company response to a customer, I don't know what is. We need more companies like this.

Unique designs and comfortable material. I ordered the cotton blend luxury tees and am very happy with the quality. I'll be back for more!

The Customer Service team at M00nshot was top notch. I had a problem with my delivery and I emailed them to resolve. I received a quick response that detailed options to help fix the issue. Exceptional customer service from start to finish! I accidentally caused an issue with my order, and even though it was my fault, they were quick to help and made everything right. It was such a refreshing experience after being let down by another company that I won’t be purchasing from again. I was looking for a unique vintage graphic tee and ordered a few retro Las Vegas casino shirts from m00nshot. The print quality is exceptional. Unlike a lot of pop culture apparel that feels stiff, this is printed on really soft ring-spun cotton that didn't shrink in the wash. It shipped directly from the USA and arrived in 9 days, exactly as promised. If you are looking for funny, nostalgic designs on comfortable shirts, m00nshot is definitely the place to go. Anthony from customer service was very helpful when I panicked that I had input my shipping address incorrectly. He got it changed for me and all went smoothly. Thank you!

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would.

I accidentally ordered four shirts in the wrong size and didn’t realize my mistake until they arrived. Since the shirts are made to order, I was worried that sending them back and waiting for replacements would mean I wouldn’t receive the correct ones in time for my trip.

I emailed customer support expecting the worst. Most companies take days to respond—if they respond at all. But M00nshot completely exceeded my expectations.

Within FIVE MINUTES, I received a reply. Not only did they send me a discount code that covered my entire replacement order for FREE, but they also upgraded the shipping to express delivery and told me to keep the original shirts so I wouldn’t have to spend money returning them.

I’ve never dealt with a company that takes care of its customers this well. They literally paid for my mistake, made sure I would get the correct shirts in time for my trip, and saved me the hassle of shipping the originals back.

Customer service like this is almost impossible to find these days. M00nshot went above and beyond in every way, and they’ve earned a customer for life.

My package was misdelivered to an adjacent mailbox, but my neighbor was gone for 2 weeks. I emailed support and they immediately sent a duplicate order. I offered to return but they said to share with military friends. Which I plan to. Customer support is 5 stars and product was as advertised. Thank you so much.

Im not going to pay no $50 for a T shirt. As awesome as they are, I just cant justify that amount unless some of it was going to a charity. Super disappointed

The shirts are amazing and super high quality, but their customer service is beyond amazing! I ordered a shirt for my husband for Father's Day but it turns out he ordered the same shirt for himself. I reached out to Moonshot's customer service via email and received a response less than an hour later. Christine D. was great to work with, she made the exchange process incredibly easy, and she was funny as well! She made me smile and made my day a little easier, which is meaningful. I will be ordering from Moonshot in the future solely because of my wonderful experience with them.

The t-shirts are adorable and nostalgic. Great quality and comfortable feel. They do run small, but customer service was responsive and extremely helpful in getting us the right sizes.

m00nshot, besides its great name, has really unique products. I mean out-of-this-world unique. They are very cool for being very retro. I do have to say that the sizes do run a bit small. But, when I ordered my shirts and found them to be small, Customer Support (especially Christine) jumped in and bailed me out. They were very responsive and more than happy to make the exchange. They have a customer for life!!

I went to add a discount code and it processed my order at full price twice.

I ordered three vintage T-shirts (one Women's size, two Unisex) and a hoodie from M00nshot.
Initially there was confusion with my shipping address as I had requested one T-shirt be shipped to one address and the rest of the order to be shipped to my home. The entire order was shipped to my home by mistake.
I contacted M00nshot and they responded immediately. The company sent out a replacement T-shirt to the correct address the next day (rush shipping, no charge). They were apologetic and professional in their response.
All of the products are so soft and comfortable! I sized up as suggested with the Women’s T-shirt. It fits well - I actually prefer the fabric of the Unisex shirts and will re-order that style.
The logo on the clothing is true to the original design, a vintage logo from a landmark motel in Las Vegas, NV.
I know my family will enjoy the T-shirts and hoodie for a long time! They are all high-quality and fit well.
It is rare to find a company so responsive to its customers.
I highly recommend M00nshot.

Very great customer service and very easy to work with!

These shirts are so clever. I play in a band and wear these shirts while playing. I watch folks looking at these shirts and figuring out what and where they've seen them and the laughing they do when they realize what it's all about. I've.had.multiple people come up and ask me if O was getting any more in? Well, this past month, I had nine more come in.

No problems with the administration of my order.
This is a $35 short sleeve tee shirt and the thickness of the material is very thin.
This is not a Hanes Beefy Tee.
For $35 I would expect a superior material.
I am not returning them, but I wouldn't buy another one with this weight material.

Any way you cut it, the material is light and flimsy. I get it that it's easier to print on, but it feels and looks cheap.

As to the fit of a tee shirt -- completely irrelevant to the issue of quality. Fit is not the issue and feels like you're blowing smoke up my ass.

It does not feel like a $35 tee shirt.

Even your higher end product, a Gildane shirt, has a better feel and you charge for it. That product is significantly more expensive and I know because I have a long sleeve shirt with that premium shirt.

Outstanding service. High quality shirts. Would shop again due to ease of shipping and returns.

This is a great company. I had an issue with sizing and they made it right with no hassles.
