No level of understanding for someone…
No level of understanding for someone who was diverted down the m6 and had no previous knowledge of the toll but qualifies for exemption. Insisted I should have applied for the exemption prior to my journey.

Unfortunately, exemptions must be applied for and approved before a journey is made. This is because eligibility is verified in advance to allow the barrier to rise when using the toll road.

Steam through the toll booth and they debit your card. This is free, so why not do it? Better than fumbling around at the pay machine!

Was charged a higher rate for my vehicle; appealed but was dealt with 'directly'. Communication and posting of prices is not clear, especially depending on number of junctions driven. Currently not giving them any revenue... they need to appreciate that there are alternatives which frankly aren't much less convenient.
