Hi Simon, thankk you for your comments and I am sorry you experienced issues with your journey. The issues arose from the fact that your were towing a trailer which displayed a different VRN to your vehicle, so understandably, this confuses the ANPR cameras and delayed trip construction. Toll prices racing ahead of inflation.
The full-length toll for a car is now £12. Twenty years ago it was £2. Six fold increase in two decades. I guess the Australian private equity owners are looking to gouge their UK customers really badly before the franchise ends and they have to hand it back to the government. Expect the maintenance budget will be hacked back soon as well.

Hi, George thanks for your review. I have reviewed your query and can see tht you did not add a payment method to your account to allow us to take future payments for journey. We recommend that customers use the self-service option to complete this as when completed online the system generates 3 pieces of code against the account. if completed over the telephone our telephone payment service only produces 2 pieces of code, so we cannot guarantee future payments are taken.
