Left hand driver at toll cabin
For a European van it was quite difficult to pay at toll cabin. I'd like a left hand toll cabin what makes it more easy to use your bankcard.
The response of customer service to get a receipt was very quick and helpful.

I highly recommend the mobility service team. I was having some struggles completing online form so they helped me to process it manually and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I was really happy with the speed of the service and the quick payment. Highly recommend this service.

overpriced and beware they charge on height of car so if your above 1.2 m like a mpv or 4x4 you get charged alot. i ACTIVELY AVOID as it is daylight robbery

Incorrect billing and poorly designed barrier system.
We were incorrectly billed as the wrong class of car was used and paid more. On our return journey someone seem to get stuck at the barrier despite a green light and barrier up, the sign said not to reverse but no one came to help and some 5 minutes later we finally got going, this is simply not good enough. I also note the card reader is too high if you are driving a low/sports car and it's a real struggle to reach - this needs redesigning and quickly.

Be careful off the cost
Twice now I have gone through the toll road and been charged a different price to what is advertised on the board which is difficult to read as you pass it.
Once in a Motorhome that they charged HGV price for and recently in an estate car that they charge as a van!

Miss charging for vans.
For same van, a small Peugeot, I was charged £12 on the way south in the morning and £20 in the afternoon. The explanation was the angle of approach to the plaza. What utter rubbish. My company will ban all vehicles from using this toll road from now on.

I have reviewed your previous 10 journeys and can see that all but 1 journey was charged as a class 2 and the other 9 jiourneys were charged as a class 4

Disgusting as card never worked then used another card but charged on both of them.
Customer service so poor as could not acknowledge that my car reg was correct.

Fine for vehicle being delivered on the back of a transporter
I have been sent a fine for a vehicle.that was been transferred to Edinburgh on the back of a transporter . I purchased the vehicle the following day. The vehicle i purchased was a.non runner having been off the road for 4 years
