Received some faulty goods. But the team at made 4 fighters were quick and very helpful with my issue. They even sent a replacement the same day. Hopefully the goods are up to standard this time.

Although I received the incorrect item (4kg dumbbells as opposed to 5kg) I have been super impressed by how quickly the team replied to my email (less than 2 hours) and I had a resolution in less than 24 hours. Exceptional customer service from Oran.

Really bad customer service. Im competing Saturday and realised I’d lost my mouthguard and ordered Tuesday, spoke to Danielle today (Thursday) who said it hadn’t been shipped yet so I went and ordered directly from opro on nwd as Danielle couldn’t upgrade even though I offered to pay the delivery.

I went through opro and so no longer needed the mouth guard that hadn’t been shipped yet, I ask Danielle to cancel my order and she said it’s been shipped, 20 minutes ago it hadn’t been shipped, i then request to cancel but can’t because it’s left us?

Crap customer service, isn’t the first time either, agents never try to help.

Just what I expected!
My pair of heavy dumbbells got dispatched the next day and delivered the day after and it's very good quality so definitely met and even exceeded my expectations. Customer support also replied quickly to give me an invoice so no issues at all.

Good selection online but delivery has never turned up when I've tried to order with them. Probably because of Evri. Customer service dealt with it and issued refunds though so that's okay. They just need better couriers.

Their website is excellent; easy to navigate, a vast amount of products for different martial arts and combat sports. They also offer occasional discounts on special days, that being said I ordered 2 items during the kings coronation weekend as they had 20% off fumetsu products. Happy that I got a matching set of rashguard and shorts for around £50 I couldn't wait for them to arrive.

I then received an email 6 days later saying that one of my items were no longer in stock, and that they were happy for me to choose another rashguard of similar price or ship the shorts only. I'm a tad gutted I could not get the rashguard I wanted as the website said it was in stock but perhaps it may have been a one off.

In terms of customer service, I wish they had gotten back to me sooner regarding the stock shortage but other than that; they are great, communication was on point, polite responses and quick to get my refund sorted.

The best customer service from any company ever..... Have bought lots from them. Was sent a wrong colour belt. So just a minor issue in the grand scheme if things, but speed and quality of the communication to resolve it was fantastic. Thanks

Delivery was quicker than expected, items exactly as described. Really happy and would not hesitate to use again.

One item had a defect, I emailed made4fighters.
Thye couldn't have been more helpful: apologised and within a couple of hours they had contacted the manufacturer and given me a full refund. Amazing in this day and age.

Have ordered various items from here and have always received them on time. Great customer service personally so cant fault them!

FAKE! i bought a pair of nike boxing boots, they look and feel noting like the original pair. Save ur money

Awful customer service, items ordered were dispatched to Evri who kept hold of my parcel for 4 days , when it finally arrived items were missing , I contacted made4fighters who refused to give me a replacement or refund basically calling me a liar because there was a joke of a pic of the parcel taken by the delivery driver, The parcel was not signed for by me or handed to me I just received a notification to say it had been delivered with a photo of delivery which honestly showed a blurred close up of part of a parcel … not even a full view of it , this is a shame because I have ordered from this company before and was very happy with the products and the quality of products , the company are far from helpful when things go wrong

The website states that delivery to Ireland is free. It's not. It's €20 standard and €35 express plus I had to pay €40 DHL import duty. And they don't offer refunds for orders from Ireland.

At face value they look like a decent company with good reviews but seem to be well and truly hit and miss. They sold me what looks to be a counterfeit/faulty pair of boxing gloves then practically demanded I send them back to a different location so they can save money on logistics? All the while trying to convince me that I 'had' to do it this way. Then after refusing and stating I will stick to the official returns process and going back and forth for weeks, my account was suddenly unable to be logged in and now the return date has expired. Despite the website looking good it is a complete shambles. I've since been given logins to my account but told I can't access previous orders? WT F! I've since sent them back regardless and used a downloaded returns form, but still waiting for the refund to be processed. I'm sure others have received good service but as mentioned before, you truly are rolling the dice. Seems there is a reason they always have discounts and deals. I thought I'd received a bargain price but now I'm fighting to even get my money back.

Fast, friendly and fair customer service, they're just let down by their courier service! Evri messed up my parcel, but the team issued me a full refund almost immediately on contact and offered to pay my P&P for a future order. They seem like an honest company so I'll use them again - hopefully with a different courier service 😅

I've had to contact customer service twice now and they've done an amazing job. One issue required a replacement item due to a defect which they sorted right away.

I would recommend however that anyone spend a little extra to use the DPD service over Evri.

Ordered a tshirt in Medium but was too small. Posted back and didn't include returns form inside however I spoke with Customer Services to make them aware and to ask if they could confirm they had received back. They said they have not received back and so have not received refund. Not helpful and won't use again as now have no tshirt and no refund.

Bought 2 Escrima sticks and they were both different weights and thickness. One end of the stick was even carved to a cone shape!? Customer services email asked for pictures and after all that......'they're machine made'!?
Ok great, not shopping here again nor should any one else!
