I’ve been using MagBak cases for over 5 years and it has always been a great experience until I ordered the iPhone 16 Pro Max MagBak Elite case.

My first case started to crack around the finger loop area. MagBak sent me a replacement but the USB C port cover / pinky pillow would not stay closed and would keep coming out of the port. Eventually the case started to break apart around the left side where the volume control buttons are and MagBak sent me a second replacement case.

I am now having the same issue again. Due to this, I have lost one of the volume control buttons which makes the phone difficult to use. Unfortunately I am no longer in the warranty period and can’t see myself spending $79 on a MagBak case again when the cases do not last like they used to.

I have been using MagBak cases for years. I recommend them to everyone! They have great drop protection. The magnets are super strong. I have never had any issues with these cases leaving marks on the phone when you take them off. (Some cases that aren’t soft on the inside of the case leave tons of little micro marks all over the phone)
They also have great customer service! I highly recommend you try these out!

The phone case cracked, i have the elite case for samsung s25 ultra, bought in september 2025, the website dont find my order so I cant write them for warranty. The communication with the website is not working

Magbak is great and absolutely love their products. Customer is on point and are really great. The only thing I have an issue I have is that the magbak elite for the s25 ultra is lacking and not durable at all. It's been a year and have gone through three cases. For the price, this should not be happening

I have had several cases for my samsung, I love the case until about the one year mark,(conveniently is the warranty length) and then the case falls apart on the button side of the phone. Then, volume and power buttons fall out, which makes the phone almost impossible to use. To pay that much for a case and for the quality to be that bad, as much I love the case to the point of falling apart, I will attempt to find another like case that is better quality.

Great customer service. I’ve bought a few different products now. No issues. I recently purchased the wrong wheel rim protectors for my Tesla. It was 100 percent my fault. I contacted them, and they were awesome to deal with. Thank you for being so understanding and kind! The kind of customer service that brings you back!

Great products and excellent customer service

First off , I liked the case but after 1 year the rubber like coating on the back is rubbing off and the case split on the side causing the vol up button to fall out. Since it’s more than 30 days , no replacement. I’ll be looking for a different brand. But it was a nice case while it lasted.

While vacationing in Wildwood, NJ, we’re we’re very excited about our 6th floor ocean front and pool view. While out on the balcony I dropped my Samsung S24 and it fell 6 stories to the locked pool section below, We all gasped and a couple said “OOooff”! A friend went down, climbed over the locked gate, grabbed my phone, looked at it and showed us all that the phone was fine! Yes, my screen protector had cracked more because it was already cracked befor3 the fall. I want to thank MagBak for suck a wonderful product. You saved me from having to get another phone! Well done team!

I had the MagBak charger for several years and liked its minimal design and functionality. It was not the fastest but effective. Then when I got the latest Apple Watch it stopped charging the watch. I assumed either it failed, but more likely it was not compatible with the latest generation Apple Watch. It was many years out of warranty. I had to discard it and buy another brand. I assume the newer models have been updated to work with all watches but it should not have been an issue. My recommendation is to test it immediately to make sure it is compatible with your device so it can be returned if necessary. I would have given it five stars if not for this failure.

While I was surprised to get hit with customs duty when my package arrived at the border, that really wasn't something within the company's control (although mention of it as a possibility may be a fair and transparent thing to point out on the website check-out). Items arrived in good time and the fit for the case itself was straightforward and easy. Had concerns about the camera protection accessory for my Samsung. Multiple conversations and genuine intent to resolve the situation to my satisfaction puts my experience up into the GREAT category here. Every effort was made to try and help me to ensure I was happy with my purchase. In my eyes, the customer service culture at MagBak is solid and strong.

I’ve tried a lot of phone cases over the years, but MagBak is easily the best one I’ve ever had. The build quality is outstanding, it feels premium in the hand, and the magnetic strength is incredibly impressive. The case offers excellent protection without adding unnecessary bulk, and the magnetic mounting system is both practical and reliable.

Everything about it feels well thought out, from the fit and finish to the everyday usability. It’s durable, sleek, and has exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a phone case that combines protection, functionality, and quality, I highly recommend MagBak.

I have the Elite case for my S25 Ultra and its the only case you'll ever need. Its super easy to clean and I use every bit of the case daily and it has protected my phone from nasty falls. The only problem I had so far was separation along the edges where the materials meet. Along the volume and power buttons is where it would start and progress from there. Thankfully the customer service is top notch and has provided a replacement for me. Magbak has my full confidence and loyalty after they swiftly took care of my problems. I highly recommend their cases to anyone needing one and is looking for worry free service.

The case is great, solid design and construction, lots of features, and the wallet is slim but holds 5 cards comfortably plus 4-5 bills and it seamlessly pairs with Apple find my. Love the product, but buy it for the customer service! My finger loop tore and they helped me quickly replace it. For some reason the wallet stopped holding a charge, a quick email to customer service and they sent me some helpful troubleshooting to try and when that didn’t work they shipped a new one for fee. It is so rare to find quick, friendly, low hassle help at companies these days. I’ll only buy Magbak for my phones going forward!!! Thanks for the great product and excellent customer support!

Not only is the product superior, but the customer service is top notch! I don’t think I’ll ever carry a different brand case.

Products are getting cheaper and not holding up to normal daily use and deliveries of all products take way to
Long to receive.
Tried having patience with them but it’s getting hard to love a company when the company doesn’t respond, follow up and take your money and not believe products efficiently. 2 months for phone case, 1.5 month for car charger! No shipping updates to keep us informed.

Update: June 14: MagBak reached out a few times to update situations and explain dates and where to find them on the ordering process. I missed it on my order updates. The quality is something they are looking into. My problems resolved and shipping and production team looking into my concerns.

The product is great and the customer care is always top notch!
