Customer service very polite & helpful with assistance. Went above & beyond will supplying me another case although I was a month past my warranty time. The cases are of one out of many top tier cases, and I love mines.

Best Case on the Market, Great Cust Service
I've been a customer of for quite a while now and I think I’ve purchased 5 or 6 of their cases over the years.
They’ve consistently been super high quality, and what really stands out is how well they stand behind their products. The finger loop on my MagBak Elite case recently broke, and they immediately sent out a replacement with zero hassle.
Their screen protectors are also excellent, and the applicator system they use is honestly one of the best I’ve seen. Super easy installation and great fit every time.
Highly recommend the company, the products, and the customer service.

Amazing cases and next level customer service
The Elite cases are the best cases I’ve ever come across. I’ve never find another that is thin and yet the finger loop doesn’t stick out and it doesn’t hurt your finger like the metal types. I like being able to change colour accent when I feel like it and the finger cushion is genius, even if it doesn’t stay closed easily.
The customer service is NEXT LEVEL. Very responsive, helpful and friendly. Great warranty service also. Highly Recommend!

I love their products! I have order their phone cases, multi charger and wireless car charger. I have issues with the wireless car charger. I informed them they stand behind their products, even though the warranty expired they gave me a discount. So I purchased another one. I will continue to buy products from them. They are very well-made.

The quality of the cases are trash
The quality of the cases are trash, they don't last longer than 6 months without breaking, not because of being dropped but because the quality of the plastic material is horrible, Ive purchased 2 cases and have received a 3rd through the warranty process, I will no longer be using their products. Customer service was fine, they will not send me a new case which is still within the year of receiving, but they base their warranty on the original product not the replacement they had to send.

Magbak elite phone case dropped on cement and there is zero damage
I received the elite case 1 week ago and dropped the phone case onto a rough road today. I am relieved to say there is zero damage. Not only is the phone screen okay due to the case's higher surrounding edge, but the case itself has no scuffs or scratches. Amazing!

And on another cover, the little finger pad was also broken, and they sent a new one right away.

I just purchased a case with screen…
I just purchased a case with screen protector.
Issue- the bottom corner never stood with the adhesive to the screen. It kept couching on just about everything.
Response- was great, they did there due diligence, I said my side.
I was told a new screen protector was on its way.
I thought the process was solid.

The case is great
The case is great. I had a problem with the screen protector peeling off on the top left corner so I had to take it because dirt got under it. I left a comment on one of the posts on instagram and in less than a day was contacted by a representative. And they are getting a new one sent to me. A real stand up company. Every time I get a new phone I will be getting a MagBak.

Their customer service is absolutely top notch. I was out of my warranty period and my case had broke on the back where the finger loop is. Without hesitation, they offered to replace it for free. I didn't expect that at all, but I am super grateful and will forever be loyal to MagBak!

REALLY impressed with this company‘s customer service. I contacted them via Instagram to ask about BUYING a replacement camera surround (mine broke) because I could not find one to buy on their website. They responded within the hour, and not only sent me a new camera surround for free, but issued me a refund (on their own initiative) for a button set I had recently ordered to replace a broken button because they said I should not have had to buy that because the phone was still under warranty. That’s way more than I even asked for! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a company go above and beyond like that and it was very refreshing.
PS. My case (MagBak Elite for iPhone Pro Max) is great too!
