Good price but website keeps resetting search even halfway through doing it so results aren't what you entered.

Can’t fault Magic Breaks & Natalia in particular, she’s helped us book multiple trips now & her efficiency is second to none! Highly recommend!

Whilst the booking process for our Paris trip was very good, we weren't told that for our Paris Center Parcs booking that we would not be able to book activities until 2 days before our actual trip! I have learnt this after paying for our holiday in full to magic Breaks.
This is appalling as we are a family of 5 and travelling over half term and so by the time we can actually book activities we risk that there will be little availability. It seems that although Magic Breaks takes the whole payment for the trip at the point of booking, they don't actually pass it on to the Center Parcs until much nearer to the holiday.
If we had booked directly with the Center Parcs then we would have been able to book activities upon payment of balance. This is really disappointing and will negatively impact our break, so please be aware if you are planning this kind of booking with Magic Breaks.

All swiftly sorted and confirmed in 10/15 minutes. Plenty of information provided with contact numbers and recommendations. Very happy with Magic Breaks.

We have just booked our 5th cruise with Simon Taylor from Magic breaks - the customer service we have received with every booking has been incredible. Simon responds so quickly to our email enquires, he is polite, knowledgeable and answers all of our (many) questions with thought and care. I’ve just booked our 2nd Disneyland Paris trip through MagicBreaks, this time with the help of Alex May they were extremely helpful answering all questions I had and advising things that we can do on site to make our little girls birthday extra special! The booking was made so quickly and I will definitely book through them again (because let’s be honest - it’s Disney - we will go again!!)

My husband booked a week away at Les Nature Village, with 1 day Disneyland Paris tickets for my daughters 4th Birthday in June.

Since booking, we have decided to cancel the dated ticket for disneyland and as my tickets, booked through Magicbreaks state that the tickets are fully refundable and cancellable without charge up to 3 days before our visit, i thought i would cancel magic breaks to do so and then look to extend out holiday with the extra night at one of the disneyland hotels.

I tried calling your customer services, however, the woman i spoke with was extremely rude and it was clear that within the first 10 seconds of the call being answered she didn't want to help, and said my tickets aren't able to be cancelled, despite me telling her i have an email that conflicts this and there being no mention in their terms and conditions that this wouldn't be possible. I have been mis-sold.

I have been waited a week for a response.
