Ordered a watch as a christmas gift last december, never received it. Lost my money. try to contact the customer service, you will never get a reply. What a scam!

Update: 6 months after i placed my order, sent tons of emails to customer service with 0 reply, they decided to send the watch. But only because of this review i posted. The watch is nice, but now my boyfriend already has a similar one from another company so it's wasted money.

GREAT WATCHES FOR CAR enthusiast. Great customer service. After my watch was damaged they replaced it easily. Recommend.

Purchased a custom watch as a gift for my husband from Magnus. The quality is on point. There was a small issue but customer service took care of it :) quick to respond and quick to resolve.

You guys kept billing me long after I received my watch’s and I had to cancel my credit card.

Watch look and fits amazing. One flaw is the lack of protection for the glass.

Bad contact. Possibility of returning it is terrible and you still have to pay half the price of the watch for shipping to China. Worst form in my shopping history!! I do not recommend!!

Nice watch but quality is not the best

Still waiting for my refund. They have chosen not to respond to any of my emails now. All I get is the automated email saying they will respond in 48 hours. All lies. STILL NO RESPONSE AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS. I sent the watch back according to their process (word for word) and it was rejected in customs due to an incorrect address. I wish I’d have looked it up on google maps. They are now ignoring me. Atrocious! This has gone on months

I recently purchased a watch as a surprise gift for my friend, opting for international delivery. The initial checkout indicated no shipping and handling charges, but later my friend was unexpectedly asked to pay $50 for shipping. I initiated an inquiry to address this discrepancy and communicated with Mary from customer service. Unfortunately, Mary's demeanor was consistently rude, and eventually, she ceased responding to my emails altogether. I believe it's crucial for all costs associated with an order to be transparent upfront, as it can significantly impact the decision to make a purchase. While I understand the possibility of customs charges, I would have appreciated a more courteous and communicative approach from Mary.

Good customer service, they had a delay in sending me tracking data and i received emails periodically updating me on the progress of my order, received all items as expected,

Some people have said they are a drop shipper however i disagree as vie seen other reviewers state that products from Alibaba or other sites are much worse and take way longer to deliver

Overall i would recommend them!

Ordered a birthday gift from my friend back in January from this company, not only did they want to bring me the wrong watch, but never delivered it in the end and took my money.

They never responded to 5+ emails from me and only use automated responses which tell lies about a promised response in the next 48 hours. I am shocked such a company is running and need my money back ASAP!

DO NOT BUY - SCAM

My daughter is 14 and bought the watch with her own pocket money. The watch was unsatisfactory and at Magnus-Luxury recommendation I returned the watch on 12th Jan 2024 with proof of postage. I followed their return process exactly to their policy and even provide proof of postage. According to the Royal Mail tracker, the watch had arrived on 18th January 2024. Now in March and no refund, no communication.

I want my daughters refund!!!!!!

Uhren kamen nach 8 tagen an. Wer meint sich eine tolle uhr zu kaufen wird enttäuscht. Sieht vlt in der verpackung schick aus ist aber nur lackiertes plastik. Fühlt sich beim tragen 0 wertig an. Muss jeder selber wissen habe aber für 60€ schon bessere uhren bekommen die wenigstens aus metall sind. Ich habe gerade nochmal genau geschaut, es wird mit stainless steel back beworben. Ich kenne jedoch keinen edelstahl der magnetisch ist. Ich werde sie behalten aber nur für anlässe wo es mich nicht juckt ob was dran kommt (disco, karneval, etc.) Wer sich was vernünftigeres erhofft als lackiertes plastik dem sei gesagt finger weg!

Took longer to deliver, nice looking watch to wear when my daughter drives her Dodge Challenger Wide Body Scat Pack Orange Packe. Is it worth the price? Not really, $50 more like it. It's quartz and no Lume at night.
