Not a fan of the color and style in person

I’m very disappointed with Magnus Watches. The watch I received is far below the quality depicted in their advertisements. The printing on the watch is poorly done, and the overall quality is subpar. I tried to contact customer service for assistance, but I haven’t received any response. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.

Love my new ZL1 signature watch.

I ordered a watch and box for my husband’s 40th birthday. The box came damaged, but I contacted customer service with pictures and they quickly sent me another box. My husband loves the watch as well and it matches perfectly with his 370z nismo!

Stay away from Magnus watches. They sent me an empty box and refused to replace the watch or refund my money. They say I have to provide proof from the local post office that the box did not weigh enough to include a watch. That is an impossible request that I will never be able to do. They stole $100 from me and refuse to make it right. I have purchased many things over the internet and have never had a worse experience with a company. Below is their response with the impossible request. They do not care about consumers.

To help resolve this matter, we kindly request that you reach out to your local post office. Please ask them to provide a statement confirming that the package was delivered to you empty or with a weight less than that of a normal watch. If they can confirm this, it will greatly assist us in addressing the issue more effectively.

In the meantime, we propose a solution to expedite the resolution: we can each bear half of the cost to resend the lost package to you. This way, you can receive your replacement watch as soon as possible.

Amazing watches. Very good looking for a fraction of the price of luxury brands. Will have people coming up to you asking where you get your watches and what you do for a living.

I have ordered two watches. They are very chic and i am very happy with them.

I am very happy with customer service and social media department as well, especially Chris. I had a little issue with my watch and he helped me immediately and they sent me a new watch.

Anyone who loves cars and chic watches should definitely choose Magnus brand watches.
