Ich bin von aussehen dieser Uhr sehr beeindruckt, die war ein Geschenk das auch meiner Meinung gelungen ist. Ich verstehe von Qualität und Leistung der Uhren nicht besonders gut. Selbst trage ich keine und vorher habei ich nie die Uhr gekauft. Aber die Uhr hat mich echt gefallen.
Die Lieferung war bißchen länger als gedacht,aber es war mein Fehler, habe die Adresse nicht vollständig geschrieben und nachher die Post mit Nachfrage ignoriert))
Aber nachher war alles gut und ich habe die Uhr innerhalb ca 2 Wochen, Feiertage dazwischen, erhalten.

Its such a fun to wear those rim watches... I really love them !!

Its so magnificent, fantastic and gorgeous... I wear it alternate the MAGNUS FORCE SRT and the MAGNUS COUPE RS ... It is not easy to choose wich one oft them ... They are so cool and fit perfectly on my wrist. Because of the reason that my wrist ist very thin, just like a youth, a had to take out a lot of parts of the band, but with the toolkit it was very easy.

Starting from the sophisticated packaging that black box so luxurious gives a very good impression when a person first gets it; then when opening the package to find such a jewel of a watch so well made heavy and sturdy it is a plus, my husband is very happy with his watch and now he wants to keep buying more. Thanks a lot!

Ich habe für meinen Sohn eine Uhr mit drehbarer Felge zu Weihnachten bestellt. Diese ist sehr laut und irritiert beim Uhrzeit ablesen enorm, weshalb ich diese gerne zurückgeben möchte. Auf der Website wird mit einem 30-tägigen Rückgaberecht geworben, was sich nach meiner Erfahrung aber sehr schwierig gestaltet! In einer ersten Mail wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man die Kosten für die Retoure nach China selbst tragen muss, riet mir davon ab und unterbreitete mir einen Preisnachlass von 25%. Dieses Angebot habe ich abgelehnt, da wir die Uhr bei voller Erstattung zurückgeben möchten. In den AGB's wird nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass man die Retoure nach China schicken muss, was mit enormen Kosten verbunden ist und es Wochen dauert, bis man sein Geld wieder bekommt. Auf meine mehrmaligen Anfragen habe ich bisher keine Antwort mehr erhalten. Auf der Internetseite findet man auch keine Adresse, wohin die Uhr geschickt werden soll. Auf Instagram wurde mir auf Nachfrage Hilfe versprochen, jedoch hat sich dann auch keiner mehr gemeldet. Magnus Watches würde ich auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen! So etwas unprofessionelles habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Geldmacherei!

Magnus watches did a great job from communicating to receipt of the watch. They gave periodic updates and showed outstanding customer service. A pleasure to deal with.

I ordered two of these for Xmas presents for my sister and her partner,

I ordered I got updates, however I was away in Edinburgh, I received a massage stating delivered, so thought they were with a neighbour, until I saw the photo of just my front door,

I got home to find nothing, no card, nothing, attempted to contact evri, no response, attempted to contact Magnus, no response,

Luckily I used PayPal, hopefully I'll receive a refund 🤔

Please avoid this company until they use a better delivery company.

Very upset after not receiving the parcel, and no response from the emails either, spent more than a £100 on a birthday gift which never came. Felt so embarrassed

I ordered two watches back in November as a Christmas present. One watch I received was incorrect. It was supposed to be spinning and it does not. I received the order on Dec 1st and reached out the next day for help. I unfortunately did not get a response from their email team for over 20 days. I decided to take my complaint elsewhere and messaged them on Instagram. They were so quick to respond and in that same day I was able to get a new watch sent to me to give to my loved one! Thank you so much to their social media team for hearing my complaint and getting it resolved so quickly. They saved my Christmas. I hope their email team will improve in the future to help resolve these issues faster.

Reklamation über eine defekte Lederuhrenbox wird einfach nicht bearbeitet. Keiner antwortet und es sollte eigentlich zu Weihnachten verschenkt werden. Sehr schlechter Service bzw. Hauptsächlich wieder Geld im Voraus kassiert, aber dann Nix mehr machen wollen!

Hello Everyone, unfortunately today my star is only a one could of been alot different if I had them. NO WATCH after 21 days from pressing checkout and no response, via email (after a generic 48 hours reply), direct message on "contact us" via online store.

It seems whoever purchased the watchs from Black Friday sale and onwards are having issues.... perhaps high demands of customers is a struggle for Magnus?

As Nikitha Tammareddy my special day was spoilt. I demand compensation! As consumers rights goes I am entitled to a refund especially when the product hasn't arrived. Shouldn't have to wait until the watchs have arrive.

So Magnus Watches what will you do to keep me a regular and happy customer in return?

This is no criticism to the actual products but of poor customer service and lack of notification provided when there was a problem with delivery demands.

Perhaps a response and reason to what im requesting on here. Im going to be rather difficult so..... "No I will not message you directly."

22/12/23. Thank you for replying and being sincere with acknowledgement of ownership of mistake. Just to let you know I have received 3 watchs yesterday.

Unfortunately email is my way of communication atm. So can somebody just email me on there? However I don't see the point now. In the Xmas spirit and after your reply I will let my grudge go. Lets forgive and forget "Magnus Watches?"

Scam alert. its a very professional website but it is all a scam. in 7-15 days it is delivered stands on the website but I didn't even get my order yet after 20 days. i bought a watch for €90,- and I expect if you buy something, you get it delivered after a few days.

Order #MGNS-26861 Scam alert scam alert have been thrown around the ringer since day one when entering my street address the number canges after you hit confirm address like three times my package was never delivered no refund offered after sending multiple emails and getting ghosted through the whole process stole 90 bucks from me crazy terrible customer service no phone number to call nothing my mailman even said that the package didn't even have my name on it anywhere on the shipping label can't believe it was looking forward to my gt500 spinning watch but after reading these reviews I sire wish I read them before be honest and give me my money back or I'm sueing
