Despite a nice message response on this website, my son did not receive the watch for Christmas! We have since sent another email as per the instructions but have still had no response. Total scam - they have simply stolen our money!

My son placed an order on the 23/11/23 for a Christmas present. After hearing nothing we emailed for an update on 4/12/23. They responded on 6/12/23 asking to confirm my delivery address. We have heard nothing since. This is starting to feel like a scam??

I placed order on Nov 29th and today is Dec 12th they said 7 to 13 days delivery and its been the mentioned days already watch has been stuck at dallas and they stopped reaponding to mails they dont even have contact number i dont know how to take this ahead i ordered my watch for the speacial ocassion and they spoiled everything now atleast if they provide contact number or adress of the store where its dispatch and out for delvry i can pickit up. Worst customer service ever.

Watch was delivered scratched.
Support was not helpful at all.
I will not buy again and you should not buy here either.

I recently had a rather disappointing experience with Magnus Brand regarding my orders, #MGNS-24693 and #MGNS-24687, placed on November 21st. Despite the promised delivery time, it has been over 15days, and my products have not yet arrived.
My attempts to contact their customer support through email have been met with silence, leaving me frustrated and concerned. This lack of communication has significantly marred my experience with Magnus Brand.
The delay in receiving my orders and the unresponsiveness from their support team have left me questioning the reliability and customer service of Magnus Brand. Transparency and timely communication are essential aspects of any customer-business relationship, and unfortunately, Magnus Brand has fallen short in these regards.
This experience has been far from satisfactory, and I felt it important to share my disappointment with others who may be considering products from Magnus Brand. It's disheartening when a company fails to meet even the basic expectations in terms of order fulfillment and communication.
I hope Magnus Brand takes note of these concerns and takes steps to improve their services for the benefit of all customers.

TOTAL SCAM. ORDERED 10 DAYS AGO IN EUROPE. SENT FROM CHINA! DESPITE ADVERTISING THAT THEY HAVE DISTRIBUTION CENTRES IN UK AND EUROPE. TRACKING STOPPED 4 DAYS AGO WHEN IT FINALLY LEFT CHINA. NO RESPONSE TO 2 EMAILS DESPITE PROMISING RESPONSE WITHIN 48 hrs 📷

We made purchase August 2023. After we received the watch we were NOT happy with the quality of the watch. So, we decided to return it. We returned the watch for refund but we are still waiting for our refund. It's already Nov 29th, 2023. this is almost four months later. Magnus has stopped responding to our email. Not only we lost the money to our watch but we also paid for the return shipping. I guest you GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. In other words stay away from buying any things from Magnus Watches company.

A cheap cheap watch from china.. quality equal to wish.. very unhappy with my order..

I ordered a automotive watch with a spinning wheel. It's very noisy so everyone will notice the sound it makes every time the wheel spins around makes it basically worthless return policy says I can't return it was I removed the stickers to try it on and I will have to pay for the shipment all the way back to China. What a company. so now I spend a hole lot on a worthless watch. Very unhappy customer. Please don't do same mistake as I did

Frauds!!!! Didn’t reply to my emails when my package was sent back to them by the customs office. Wouldn’t give me a refund either.

I ordered the watch and decided to cancel the order in less than an hour but the company is just playing around and refuses to reimburse the amount.
It took longer than a week as promised.
I can't get my money back nor have I received the discount and reimbursement back.
Im happy to pro ide emails as proof of them confirming a part refund but I'm yet to receive it.
I also feel cheated ad I paid £99 for the same watch one may find on amazon for a faction of the price.
Please do not buy this product.

Really fed up with the service. Brought it still can't find the option to return it even if they provide 30days return policy. Contacted customer service no reply still. Don't go for it.
