Air Greenland gjorde rigtig meget for at får os hjem til vores hjemby. Altid venlig og forstående Air Greenland medarbejdere

Jeg kunne ikke på Air Greenlands hjemmeside finde svar på mit spørgsmål om, hvor langt ud i fremtiden man kan rykke en standard/standard flex billet.
Men da jeg skrev til kundeservice, fik jeg hurtigt svar på, at den kan rykkes så langt frem i tid, som man ønsker, og at den også kan rykkes flere gange. Det synes jeg er god service.

Imødekommende personale. God info om afgang, flyvningen og landingen. Min første tur til Grønland. En stor oplevelse. Lidt trangt mht benplads i 737'eren.

Havde som altid en fin oplevelse på min rejse med Air greenland, der fik os sikkert ned i Nuuk trods dårlige vejrforhold

Don’t fly with them - you lose money and time

Det er godt, at dem, der har relation til Nuuk kan glæde sig over den direkte forbindelse fra Danmark.
Så er der os andre, der ikke har direkte forbindelse til kysten i Grønland.

Jeg står i en situation hvor jeg bliver nødt til at rejse til Disko bugten med dags varsel.

Det betyder at jeg kun kan vælge at flyve til Nuuk først, overnatte (den del skal man selv sørge for), flyve til Ilulissat, vente timer, så flyve videre til min destination. En rejse der tager næsten to døgn.

Og hvis der skulle opstå aflysninger, så skal jeg lægge dem til rejsen.

Endvidere har priserne taget et stort hop.

Når man er vokset op med Air Greenland og vejret i Grønland, så har man lært at være tålmodig. Men når Air Greenland omlægger ruten (fra Kangerlussuaq til Nuuk), så er det som om man slet ikke har tænkt på resten af kysten.
Det er dybt urimeligt!

Jeg har meget godt at sige om Air Greenland, men har nu ventet 2 måneder på en henvendelse vedr. refundering af billetter uden nogen form for svar, trods tæt på ugentlige forsøg på at følge op.

Air Greenland gør det godt under Grønlands svære vejrforhold og krævende geografi. Jeg møder altid venlige ansatte, der strækker sig langt for at løse eventuelle problemer, giver information i god tid og lytter til ens behov.

Air greenland closed airport on american toursit and not refunding air greenland domestic ticket . Its scam that you call toruist in country and then close international airport on them and take there prebook money. I complaint many time in there website . They didnt even acknowledge one ticket for 1 month or so. So bad ethics and scamming country and airlines. They are charging 400 $ one way one hour flight that is scam as well just rip off passengers . They dont even have 1800 toll free number to call them and online they dont even reply. Very bad service toruist should keep in mind that air greenland can scam you dont prebook ticket with them .

On a positive note we left Nuuk airport only an hour or so late - which is apparently pretty good for Air Greenland. We flew Nuuk to Copenhagen in Air Greenland’s Premium class. What a shame. This airline has (with the exception of Turkish Airlines), the best intra-Europe business class we’ve ever flown. Ever. The hard product is superb. It is 100% fit for purpose, the catering was excellent BUT in some misguided attempt at ‘equality’ - they have dumbed it down. So. No priority check-in lane, no lounge at Nuuk airport - just in with the hordes. No fast-track at security (given they only had one machine functioning not sure how they’d do that). Then, no priority boarding - again, it was only by virtue of thinking ‘that sounds positive’ when they started announcements in Greenlandic and heading straight to the gate area that we made it on the plane ahead of the 300 odd other passengers - it would have been easy enough to welcome the 40 odd Premium passengers to board first - so please don’t blame this on the airport. We paid a lot extra to avoid scrums and were disappointed. We boarded in the middle of the plane and got to turn left instead of right - again, could have had a separate airstair for Premium. Once onboard, the seating is 2-3-2 - head for the 2s if you are a couple and if you can select Row 1 - grab it - significantly more leg room and no-one to recline their seat into you. The seats were very comfy, the recline (6 inches) was great, the food was great - BUT there was (literally) one (so no actual) choice - beef. It was superb. Again with the equality issue - the ‘drinks menu’ is basically the inflight magazine - one page is all inclusive drinks for all passengers, the following page is ‘drinks anyone can buy, but are inclusive for premium passengers’ - just cheapened the whole experience - why not print both pages separately and have it (without all the prices) in the ‘Premium’ class seat pocket. The inflight amenity bag was useful - mask, airplugs, headphones, socks (included for premium and at a cost for the rest) - nothing flash but functional. I used my Airfly and Airpods and it worked perfectly with the IFE. Wifi is also free for Premium passengers and provided good connectivity for the whole flight. The movie selection was fabulous. BUT then we arrive into Copenhagen airport and the wheels metaphorically fall off again. There was a delay with the airstairs (please - it’s a 5 hour flight - spring for a jetbridge why don’t you) - and no priority debarkation for Premium (you could get a separate airstair if you must use them, at the front of the plane and a separate bus as Turkish Airlines have) Once again we’re all equal (which is incorrect as we paid a lot more for the ‘privilege’ of flying Premium.) So it was open-slather getting off the plane and into the airport on a packed bus. Then - one of our bags came out first and the other was almost last… which meant a delay getting to the hotel included in our expedition cruise - and another queue. So if Air Greenland is listening. STOP messing about with “Premium” and call your product what it is ‘BUSINESS’ and then fix it. Priority check-in, priority bag tags, priority boarding, priority debarkation. You have a stunning, well designed, hard product in brand new planes, but you’ve dressed it down so far and come up with non-standard nomenclature for it. It’s like the USA calling domestic business class ‘First’. Were it not for those glaring deficiencies, this would have been 5 stars, if not 5 stars Plus. The highlight of Greenland for us was Ilulissat - undoubtedly, but can’t imagine going to Greenland again until Air Greenland takes these comments onboard.

Efter udfordring med flyaflysning i juli måned var det nu til en erstatningsrejse 21/8 til smukke Grønland🇬🇱
Alt gik efter planen og oplevede god service og professionelt personale hele vejen tur-retur 👍
Flypersonalet var særdeles gode og spredte en god stemning ❤️
Så alt en en rigtig oplevelse og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage til Grønland med Air Greenland 👍
