Very long shipping time
I have waited 3 weeks for a jacket that was in stock, and only because I have emailed them twice to complain did it finally arrive. A top that was a pre- order and supposed to be sent early July has not yet been shipped as of21/7 ! I have ordered a new jacket, and hope I don’t have to wait another 3 weeks. If the top ever arrives, I guess it will be for next summer:( Two stars only because the jacket is quite nice, but in this day and age you should have your order in 2 - 3 days. They have a BIG problem , and I can not recommend using this site if you want your summer clothes to actually arrive in the summer.

Sizing is terrible
I liked the quick delivery and some of the clothing, style is lovely….considering this was my first order with you and I ordered about 9-10 items as a test. But I returned a number of things, about half, because they were ridiculously small, like 2 sizes smaller than the size on the order. Pants were all too small. One pair of blue and white batik pants were the best fit, but still too small. I returned them and got a larger size which fit. The Cher jeans were so small I couldn’t get them over my hips which are narrow for a woman my age. I gave them to my daughter. Two dresses returned because the were gigantic and the material was too thin and cheap looking. Your sizing is way off. I can only recommend blouses. If a person orders pants, go up a size or two.

Disappointed in return policy
This is my first order with Maison Hotel. I loved the pants I ordered . However on their website they suggested ordering down one size which I did. I waited quite a while for these pants and was very excited when I finally received them. And very disappointed when I tried them on. They were too small!! I was very surprised again when I tried to return and reorder them that I had to pay over $25 charge. I did pay it because I really love these pants but I’ll think twice before ordering anything else!

The total experience was exciting and clothing lovely
The total experience was exciting in many ways!! Wanted to buy Maison Hotel direct because I wanted to have more choices and straight from brand, the local clothing shop that stocks this brand, only has a few items.
Blouses were really delivered very fast with UPS. One blouse was a little too small and I had to return. I was little anxious, because I actually found myself in a real UPS DC (Distribution Centre) - not just a service point in a shop!
I was worried it would get lost and I couldn’t get a receipt. I had also opted for a larger size. Well, I dropped off on Friday and the following Monday I already had the larger blouse!
Also emailed directly with with Maison Hotel and they were very helpful. Communication good and very responsive.
Well done Maison Hotel. Clothes are high quality, packaged luxuriously and service excellent!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Returns system bad
I love the clothes and have bought several tops over the years.
For the first time I needed to return an item.
Huge UPS cost to return and instructions are not clear.
If you opt out of the UPS option and send by MH generated label you need to attach a customs form to the outside of the parcel.No instructions for this is given.
Sadly I will not be buying again unless they sort out the returns system,

Scam!
I have admired their clothes for a while, brought my first pair of trousers which are unfortunately too large & need to be returned.
Whilst going through the return process, I am SHOCKED that they are charging £12 and a service fee to return. Over £14 to return an items. Its completely unethical - shipping costs are £5. I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN- It has left a very sour taste in my mouth.

I have been buying from Maison Hotel for a while now and all of their pieces are superb! Everything is very well made, unique and of great quality.
