La navigazione sul sito è semplice, i capi sono perfettamente rifiniti, ad esempio i bottoni sono ben annodati. La qualità dei materiali è ottima.
La guida alle taglie mi ha fatto sempre scegliere quella adatta a me.
Le spedizioni hanno sempre rispettato le date previste.
I capi arrivano ben confezionati nella carta velina e messi in buste di stoffa.

Fast shipping, bad quality
Very fast shipping, my parcels arrived in the UK within just 2–3 days. The styles are very cute and make you want to buy everything. But unfortunately, the quality doesn’t justify the price tag. The fabric is very thin and flimsy, there were lots of loose threads, and the stitching was quite messy. I won't purchase again.

Mixed feelings
I’ve been following this brand for years and never purchased anything because of how expensive the items are and the reviews on this site. I finally purchased a few things and can say I had both a positive and negative experience with ordering.
Good:
- The clothes really are beautiful
- Items arrived very quickly and were packaged really nicely
- Despite what reviews mention, I found the sizing to work well
Bad:
- As reviews mention, quality isn’t great and the clothes are definitely not worth the price
- Return process is horrible - a 15 day window is way too short and it’s insane that it costs £13 to return or exchange items that already cost a fortune
In short, although I love the clothes I probably won’t buy again. Only purchase if you have cash to burn and you think long and hard about what you want and if items will fit, because you will not be returning them.

Great after sales service
The after care service I received was great. I dealt with the same person for a couple of different queries I had and she (Alicia) was always prompt with her replies and sorted everything out quickly. One of my items was missing a belt and this arrived the following day. I was really impressed.
