Extremely fast delivery and tracking. I like the thin soft fabric and the decorations. Considering the price you cannot expect them to be hand sewn but I think it is a good price/quality ratio.

Very expensive & complicated returns
Quite nice but expensive clothes and definitely not suited to UK weather. Be aware that returns are international and therefore very expensive. £13 to return a jacket, and as no paperwork included had to print off customs forms etc and attach to outside of parcel in ‘clear plastic’. Lots of instructions and no help at all. Just hope my refund comes through.

Great designs and great customer support
Great products and great customer service. I find the designs very unique and bohemian. Ordered a few items from them and the delivery is always fast. Also made a return, which costs €9,95 with UPS and everything went well. Will be purchasing again for sure. (Also, love the way they describe the products :)

Purchased several items of clothing…
Purchased several items of clothing from Madison Hotel. After exchanging both pairs of pants one fit and I kept and the other did not and was returned with the original pair. Sever their customer service agent has not issued a refund and tried to send out another exchange. I did get the exchange stopped but despite emails explaining their mistake they have not acknowledged or issued the credit.

zu klein
Leider muss auch ich sagen, dass die Sachen mindestens eine Nummer kleiner ausfallen. Da ich bereits L trage und es kein XL gibt werde ich dort nicht wieder bestellen. Die Qualität ist ok aber die Fotos lassen mehr erwarten. Das Design ist sehr schön, aber auch ich finde, dass die Sachen zu teuer sind für die Qualität. Ähnliches bekommt man auf Märkten in südlichen Ländern für den 1/2 Preis.

Worse than SheIn quality for like 100…
Worse than SheIn quality for like 100 times the price. The fabrics are suuuuper thin, loose threads, loose buttons and I can't imagine they would hold up even one wash without disintegrating. Only good thing I can say about the company was that it was easy to return and I got a full refund.

Terrible Service.
Terrible Service.
I returned a $250 shirt to the Maison Hotel Clothing Company, and the company REVER claimed the package was received, and my refund was added back into my credit card account on the 8th of October. They stated that I would see the refund in my account within 10 days. It is now 22nd October and I still haven't received the refund. I have emailed REVER multiple times, AND Maison Hotel, and neither has helped in any way. I have contacted my bank, and they confirm that no refund payment has been made.

Ich bin zu 100% positiv überrascht.
, nachdem ich hier auch negative Bewertungen gelesen habe.
Die 4 Kleider, die ich bestellt hatte sind noch schöner als auf der Website.
Luftig leichter Baumwollstoff, super verarbeitet. Kann aus Erfahrung sagen das sie dem Niveau anderer hochwertigen Brands wie seasalt oder Loolys Laundry entsprechen.
Werde definitiv wieder hier bestellen.

Fast Delivery and Nice product
I ordered the Kalpana Jacket - Tutti Frutti on Monday August 5th and it arrived Thursday August 8th here in Denmark where I picked it up from a package machine. As far as I can tell the jacket is good quality and I'm happy with my purchase!

Schöne Sachen, Rücksendung funktioniert
Ich kann die schlechten Erfahrungen der anderen nicht bestätigen. Habe vier Teile bestellt, Qualität finde ich sehr gut, aber mir stehen sie nicht. Sende drei zurück. Habe Mail an maisonh geschrieben, habe zügig Antwort bekommen mit Anweisung zur Rücksendung über ein Onlineportal. Kostet 9,95, finde ich aber okay, Post kostet nun mal. Das Paket wird bei mir von UPS abgeholt und der bezahlte Betrag auf das Zahlungsmittel rückerstattet, wobei man all das auch aussuchen konnte. Fand ich alles transparent.

Maisonh.com = nennt sich “Maison Hotel” auf Social Media.
Die sehr hochwertigen Fotos auf der Website lassen einen glauben, dass 120€ für eine Bluse angemessen sind. Leider ist dem nicht so. Die Sachen fallen 1-2 Nummern zu klein aus und die Qualität ist auf Zara Niveau. Also mehr als 45€ ist die Bluse nicht wert, für die ich mit Versand 130€ hingelegt habe. Zudem habe ich 6 Wochen warten müssen. Rücksendung ist kompliziert und würde 10€ kosten. Wenn sämtliche Sachen um mindestens die Hälfte reduziert würden, würde ich vielleicht noch mal kaufen, immer zwei Größen größer als normal.

Mauvaise qualité et la moitié de la marchandise manquante .
Ai commandé deux chemises « Jasmine blues » qui semblaient qualitatives .
1- je n’en ai reçu qu’une , leur ai signalé et ils ne me répondent jamais à ce sujet malgré mes nombreuses relances .
2- la marchandise est de piètre qualité , je m’y connais très bien en textile et ils vendent à plus de 100€ une chemise qui doit revenir à 3€ à Pékin .
De ce fait j’ai payé deux chemises , n’en ai reçu qu’une de piètre qualité que je leur ai retourné , ils me remboursent une seule chemise et font les morts pour la deuxième qu’ils n’ont pas mise dans le colis . Comment se faire de l’argent sur le dos du client …
Donc marchandise de très mauvaise qualité , site malhonnête qui envoie la moitié des produits et ensuite fait les morts .
