This is an excellent intermediary brokers for a number of reasons .
They secured a recommended best BTL rate that was about to close with hours only notice. The rates had started going north against my hopes.
The nature of the discussions with my broker were personable, clear and informative about the best route to funding and deals .
Several cost analysis breakdown sheets of the deals and features of the mortgages they recommended where provided for consideration.
It was unusual to find a BTL rate that was better than the best residential rates and with the BTL tax benefits this is the product we were happy to decide on .
Great communication via WhatsApp and it was like they never sleep.
