Manta Sleep is amazing! …
I’m a very anxious person with racing thoughts at night, so I usually use my AirPods and watch people play Bethesda games all night long to drown out the thoughts. But, the AirPods do start to hurt and if you turn over you have to change which AirPod you have in. So I’m so excited to get my new sleep mask! The customer service is impeccable and they hey really care about you and they are so passionate it’s infectious. Also it seems like shipping is very fast, I ordered on Monday and it’s scheduled to be delivered Wednesday. Just great all around!

I was on the fence about this purchase…
I was on the fence about this purchase due to the price. I thought about for a few weeks but then decided to make the purchase. At first I was like kinda disappointed due to the fact it has another strap it doesn't show for the top of your head which I dont use...but I can see why its included so it doesn't slip off im assuming. I've been using the product every night since receiving it and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. It helps me sleep so much better with the sun up...I use it for a quick nap or even at night when its already dark. The speakers are great. They do not bother my ears while im sleeping on my side. Overall just a great product I didnt know I needed but im glad I have it and would highly recommend.

Poor customer service
Do you not purchase anything from this company.
I ordered the new manta sleep mask.
The speakers on this mask are of very poor quality for the price.
Contacted the customer services three times stating that I wish to return the Manta mask to date I have not received a reply.
The customer service is shocking to say the least. If you’re looking for good Customer Service great products and this company isn’t it

Fantastic support
I bought their remote-controlled white noise machine.
Something happened eventually and either the unit or the remote stopped working, and customer support was so helpful and got me a replacement unit right away.
They then kept following up with me after the fact to make sure everything worked out. I was astounded at how helpful they were.

Great Customer Service
I recently purchased a product that would probably work well for most people but given my odd sleeping requirements of sleeping during the day since I work overnight shifts, the product didn’t work well for me specifically. The return process was quick and easy and I felt well taken care of. All that to say great customer service Manta! I have other products from Manta that work great for me. I would recommend their products to people trying to improve the quality of their sleep and will try other products in the future.

This mask is so comfortable and functional! It does a great job at keeping light out from all directions and the eye cups keep pressure off of my eyes. The silk material is soft and gentle on my sensitive skin. Also love the purple color!

Total Blackout & Stellar Service
I recently had a fantastic experience with Manta Sleep. Their customer service team was excellent, making a return and a new order for a few masks completely seamless.
Manta masks are the gold standard for complete blackout, and as a side sleeper, I love that they stay comfortable all night. I’m currently using the Manta Sound Mask—it takes a little getting used to, but once you do, you won’t look back. It’s an absolute game-changer.
Highly recommend for anyone serious about their sleep!

Excellent Customer Service and High Quality Products
Manta Sleep's customer service is extraordinary! I was having some issues charging the Sleep SOUND Mask and Erica Amaro, from customer service immediately sent help with great instructions. Also, the Manta travel neck pillow was amazing. After a cancelled international flight, my rebooking was not in a window seat, which I always purchase. No problem at all with my new neck pillow and I slept great! I highly recommend Manta and their high quality products and Erica has gone above and beyond in her customer service. Thanks SO much!

Perfect for side sleepers
After receiving my mask very quickly after I ordered it, I unboxed it and straight away you can see the extremely high quality of it.
Very soft very comfortable.
I'm a side sleeper I have sensitive ears and can't use Sleep headphones, I've tried most brands, the headphones in these are flat and I didn't feel them at all, the sound quality was very good as well.

i wish rhe speakers were a tad more powerful, there are certain songs that even in max you can still barely hear it. I have to buy a seperate sleep buds to put me to sleep.

High Quality Products, Trustworthy Team
Their sleep mask with built-in headphones is of noticeably high quality. As a side sleeper, the ear-padding over the speakers wasn't enough for me (personally – although I haven't found anything much better in that regard). They kindly honoured their guarantee, so their customer service is trustworthy.

Super good quality
Super good quality. I’ve got one of their basic masks going on 3 years now. Comfortable, no pressure on the eyelids. I work nights so I wear a lot of masks, and my Manta one is the only one that never gives me a headache. Customer service is responsive and solves issues quickly. Can’t recommend them enough!
