Excellent Customer Service
An excellent customer service experience. There were difficulties in translating my order into an online purchase but the Maps for Moments staff fixed it for me. They were kind and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them highly enough and if the occasion arises, I will certainly buy again.

Fantastic customer service after poor start
There were initially issues with the Maps For Moments Groupon code and the frame being damaged, but due to their excellent customer service they completely turned things around. It's fantastic to use a company that delivers fantastic customer service when required and that you can trust 100%.

Great product but slight order issue…
The product was as described and my girlfriend loved it. Delivery time was fine as well. The only reason for not 5 stars was that I received a black frame instead of the white one that I ordered. However this was dealt with very quickly and professionally by Amelia.

Cost a lot for the quality of the product…
Cost a lot for the quality of the product in my opinion. The graphics had visible pixel, the paper was thin and it came in the most limited protective packaging. At check out it asked if you wanted to pay extra in case it arrived damaged and in hindsight this felt like such a manipulation of the fact that the company knew their packaging was shoddy. The product you're paying for arriving undamaged should be a guarantee rather than an way of making more money. Also I feel that if the company really cared about and was proud of the product, surely they would be devastated if it arrived damaged?!. It's a shame as it's a lovely idea but sadly the execution was like they didn't want to spend out to make it something really special.
