In this websites I found only very bad reviews about Mavrica.co. I THINK THIS IS NOT FAlR AT ALL!
I confirm that is true that the company has a big problem in replying customers mail and, since they send items from Hong Kong, delivery times are very long (in my case I received the bag afte one month and four days).
Having saying that, the bag (Audry vegan tote) corrispond to the photos of the website and it hasn't a bad smell at all! I'm very satisfied about my purchase.

Very poor customer service! Do not buy!

It has been over a month now since I paid 79$ and my bag hasn't even been shipped yet.

No one has replied to my several emails as well.

DO NOT USE. I purchased a bag back in November for around £50 and I am still yet to receive my order. I have sent multiple emails and attempted to use their online 'chat' feature, however get this message:

Hello, thanks for reaching out. We’re away at the moment. Please let us know how we can help and we’ll reply as soon as we are back. Be sure to include your order number in case we get disconnected.

Really poor customer service, and very frustrating

After waiting 6 weeks for my bag and several unanswered email to Mavrica i recieved a cheap version of the bag on the pictures and the lock was broken. No answer from emails so i wrote to them on Instagram DMs, they have read the messages but no reply.
Do not buy from Mavrica!

I’ve spent 130€ for 2 bags, I’ve received one of the them Friday. But, guys, the smell!! No way, is like toxic I think, is impossible to use.

I orderd two bags. At least one of them arrived after 1 month. I wrote to the shop several times and I didn't get any answer. And not the second bag as well. I am waiting now for nearly 6 month for the bag or the money...

Unlike most of people I did received the bag, but oh boy.
1) it looks cheap, like more than primark cheap, I get that it's faux leather and all, but this is just plain plastic
2) and it SMELLS like burned plastic. If you would breathe inside the bag for 5 minutes you would get lung cancer. It's nasty.
3) Therefore, it's waaaaayyy overpriced. The site is making a 40% off sale all year around apparently, that is a big red flag. The dumb dumb i am thought that it was an innovating material or something. But nope. Paying 70€ for a tiny bag that looks made out of melted toys is just infuriating.

To sum it up : i'm mad, don't buy. This scam has been going on for quite some time now, advertising on Instagram like no problem. They should be down.

Do not order from this site! They did not send the bag I ordered for weeks and did not reply to any emails. Only after I filed a claim with my credit card company to return the money somehow miraculously the bag arrived couple days later. I wish it did not. It is made of some kind of plastic that smells like hell, You literally cannot stay in one room with it. I am afraid it is some kind of poisonous phtalate plastic. Even if it did subside after some time the colour does not correspond to that in the picture. The value of such bag would normally be around USD 10-15. I unfortunatelly paid USD 80. I was stupid to think something that is advertised on instagram has to be legit.

Ordered my bag in Jan 2020, never received it. It's May 2020. I absolutely hate this company. It's a scam, never buy anything from them. They will not give you back your money.

It‘s been two months now since my first and Last Order at Macrica and I did not get my order yet. I tried to contact them several Times but no answer.

Don't even bother! I ordered a bag for a birthday present back in January, three months later nothing has turned up. They lied about having shipped the product (tracking clearly shows label generated, but never sent). They then ignore your emails / messages. Finally, after multiple messages sent and threats of filing a CC chargeback/leaving them a bad review, they finally issued me a refund. Awful experience - you just need to look at all of their terrible reviews! Avoid avoid avoid!

WARNING!! This is a fraud company.
I bought a bag from this store a long time ago, and the same as other customers, I never received my purchase.
Please do not buy anything on this website.

DO NOT buy anything from this company. Bag never received, they basically steal your money and never respond to emails. The tracking link they sent me never got updated so from what I can see an order was created at China Post 40 days ago and no updates appear since then. I asked for a refund through their online chat and they said they'll send it straight away (their response was too fast and easy as opposed to the rest of the order). Let's see if it ever happens.
Update: I asked for a refund twice. The second time (after I told them I had reviewed them online) it actually happened. Took 2 months and lots of chasing around but at least I got my money back.

Bag did not arrive for Christmas. When chasing up they blamed it on a technical error that order was missed. despite taking my money!

Awful waste of money! Bag came but took a really long time, smelled awful and broke after a month! Don't buy!!

scam !cheat, do not respond to emails and messages! The package is missing, probably coming from China.

The bag that has arrived is nothing like on the websibe or in any other pic online they posted. Aweful quality, just a waste of money. It’s obviously a scam! No reply from their customer service.

You can buy all the exact same bags on AliExpress. Mavrica sells those bags for 10 times the price. Then they discount those bags for half the money, resulting in paying much more than for the original bags on Ali. PLUS it is not possible to return discounted items. Since EVERYTHING is on sale, it’s never possible to return anything. SCAM!

(Try searching the exact same bags with the photo finder option on AliExpress)

The bags are fine however pour quality, definitely NOT worth over a hundred euro’s!!!
